Got the carne Asada burrito. Not good. Plus they don’t have salsa, they have a hot sauce. Since it’s a half mile from my house I might come back and try something like enchiladas, but I will not get a burrito from here again. All it had in it was meat and not very good meat.

Food was good. I had the Pollo Asada Burrito Carne Asada Fries and Potatoe Tacos. My wife is really picky and she would come here again. The fries were among the better ones we have had. Staff was friendly and we will ve coming back.

Been coming here for years! The food is great, I’m here for fish tacos on Fridays(they make the best). It’s very well maintained, kept clean and organized. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel welcome. Diana is there most of the time and recognizes all of her regulars. I highly recommend this place for the good food and great service.

Half way decent, but extremely over priced! I order 12 rolled tacos and they cost over 10 dollars? They cost 7 and under anywhere else and they come w sour cream. I basically recieved alot off lettuce and tomatoes

Food is ok. Service is ok, what you would expect for a tacoshop. Their San Felipe, and shrimp burritos are the to go burritos here. The only complain from me is their salsa. It’s not very tasty. I recommend they come up with something better. Overall it’s a decent spot.

I lived in Linda Vista for 20 years and this is the best, most authentic Mexican food! The prices are crazy low and everything is wonderful. I’ve moved from San Diego and I miss this restaurant so very much. Treat yourself! It’s a great place!

Came in for my boys 21st birthday and he decided to show me a San Diego exclusive. He ordered me the San Philippe burrito and when I heard what was in it, I was a little bit hesitant at first but sometimes the best things you put into your mouth are the ones without a formal introduction. I was also greeted with the friendliest cashier who provided great service. Parking was tough, 3 out of 5. Just kidding 5 of 5

The parking is tough. Good great but slow service at times however the food good enough to overcome other things.

Came here the other day for a breakfast burrito, and noticed a couple things — fresh onions, very little grease, and a high quality wrap. I was very impressed. Will be coming back

I normally have good burritos from this restaurant. On my last visit I decided to have a deluxe quesadilla and it was terrible. It was way to big for lunch and there was no way to handle it. I had to eat it with a knife and fork. This may have been an isolated incident because as I said I normally have exceptional food here. I would still recommend you try it out!

My favorite place and ppl. Bf and I been coming here long time now, and it’s been through the ups and downs.. like the hours, and the terrible ppl they’ve hired in the way past. But, seriously though, 100% family restaurant with very tasty true Mexican food. My speciality burrito drives them crazy but they love me enough to make it delicious every time. Thanks you guys :) The street tacos… omg you get 3 overly stuffed tacos with a dallop of guacamole on corn tortillas… yum!!! Fish tacos delightful! ! The burritos are all delicious! tried every single one can’t go wrong especially the breakfast burritos. Breakfast served all day! ! The hortchata typical soda fountain, the only thing not home made. .soo booo on that. Seating is pretty spacious, you eat outside, call ahead ordering and pick it up, whatever is easiest. Parking is tricky so be sure to look around you when parking and backing out safety first. Definitely want to keep this place open and tell them to keep their food good, common sense to customers, If it ain’t right, tell them.. they can’t read minds.. accidents happen. Love to the family that owns this place and run it, you guys are the best and my one and only favorite Mexican food restaurant I trust xoxoxo

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants!(And i’ve been to many) The California burrito here is great. Theres not a lot of oil and fat in the burrito and the meat is cooked just right. The restaurant is in a relatively nice area and it’s cleaner than most places i’ve been to. The cashier is super nice and helpful

The menu is an extensive list of names and associated pictures of food with no explanation besides the photos as to what is inside of the dishes. When I asked the cashier about the content of the food she really had no idea. I ended up ordering the Super Breakfast Burrito without bacon because I do not like bacon… Anyways my food came out last as it always seems to which was really just a reflection of how fresh it was. The burrito was incredibly hot(temperature wise) and the potatoes and tortilla did an excellent job of insulating it, so I patiently waited as all of my friends enjoyed their absolutely massive non-breakfast burritos. Eventually I was able to eat my smaller(but still mammoth) burrito and, well, it was okay. Not good, not bad, just okay. I expected the salsas in the refrigerator to spice up the meal, literally, but they were unfortunately mild and tasteless. Altogether Super Bronco was decent.

I am consistently satisfied with this place. I don’t think I’ve tried anything that I didn’t like. We found a favorite… California Burrito and adding Shrimp and Chipotle Sauce… exactly like Lucha Libre’s Surfin’ California but WAY better! Plus, staff is friendly and its always fresh. Pricing isn’t bad either. Love this place! :)

This has become our go to Mexican place — it’s good, convenient and cheap. What I really like here is their breakfast burritos — a large portion and cheap. I always for the chorizo and egg and I pay the extra $.50 for potatoes. Yumm. I usually can’t finish it so I only eat half and other half the next day and it’s still good. They also have a super breakfast burrito with eggs, bacon, tomatoes, peppers, onions and cheese. They even have the basic — bacon, egg and cheese. Note, they serve breakfast all day! Aside from breakfast you can get other Mexican food yummy like enchiladas, menudo(they serve it everyday!), tacos and other types of burritos. I’ve had the chicken hard shell taco and it was good. I’ve also had the chicken enchilada which was also good, standard. Place is small and has an even smaller parking lot for about four cars. There’s a few tables inside, but probably best bet is to call ahead and pick it up for take out. All in all a sold three star joint for good, convenient and cheap Mexican food.

I called this morning to check if they had Machaca… Nope, we sold out. So really, they’re LIARS as well as a terrible food place.

Super Bronco has been in Linda Vista for many years, my friend and his family use to come to this place all the time for their Mexican grub. With a little parking lot off Linda Vista road right down the street from Francis Parker Middle school, this place seems to get a lot of business around lunch time more than anything, it was pretty dead when I came on Saturday evening for a quick dinner to grab and take home. They no longer have any salsa bar, instead they have bottles in a fridge that you can grab if you are eating in. I was surprised to see their bucket of salsa( ) just sitting out on the counter with a floating cup in it. My dinner to go consisted of some rolled tacos and a Toreros burrito. The rolled tacos( ) tasted great, crispy not soggy. They loaded on the guac and cheese, it was just disapointing to see the lack of tomatoes on top. They were pretty decent rolled tacos, but not the best or anything. The guac definitely tasted great though, it wasn’t your American guac or runny guac that you see many shops add to them. The Toreros burrito( ) was quite massive, literally too big for many people to finish. It consisted of two tortillas, carne asada, fries, guac, sour cream, beans, rice. It was one huge freaking burrito, unfortunately they didn’t pack into too much meat inside. The meat was flavorful and cut into perfect sizes, too bad they didn’t add more, they weighed the burrito down with rice and potatoes unfortunately. For me, the burrito ratio was just too far off to enjoy it very much. Super Bronco kinda let me down, their salsa tastes okay but nothing really stood out to me at this place. For me, this place kinda stands in the mediocre crowd of taco shops, maybe there is other stuff on their menu that tastes better, but for me it wasn’t a place I would return to anytime soon.

In a world(you know how to say it) saturated with taquerias, Super Bronco gets it right! I think they must use that lard that comes with extra lard plus a lard additive in it because you are feeling extra fat after two bites… but those are the two most glorious bites of lard — I mean food — ever. Nothing screams authentic southern Californian interpretation of overly-sized portions of unhealthy and lardy goodness more than Super Bronco. And, if nothing else, I have never(to your knowledge) ever used the word«lard» this much in such a brief period of time. I wish this place were a little closer to my house. It is a little embarrassing to drive two miles — past twenty other taquerias — to go to Super Bronco. Seriously, how is the taqueria business not overly saturated in San Diego? They keep opening and opening and opening. There has to be about one taqueria/person…and people get into arguments like: «No way man, Roberto’s #4 is WAY better than Filiberto’s #2.» I mean, who numbers their restaurants? Anyway, like Highlander, there is only ONE Super Bronco. It’s the one(wait for it)…in my heart. Que Bueno! P. S. Lard.
