Super quick and eeeeeeasyy!
I went on my break from work and I was in and in 15 min. Great staff as well.

Ok if all you need is an oil change. Don’t fall for the upsells. They tried to sell me an air filter for $ 30 and discounted it to $ 24 because it was their last one. I walked over to auto zone and bought an air filter for $ 12!

Mathew and his team are amazing! Helped us out in an emergency. Even cracked jokes with us. Will be returning for future services! Thanks guys!

Wow what a horrible experience 6 months later. David had the personality of a wet mop. My whole visit David must have said 10 words. No smile and no thank you. Even the girl working in there looked angry. Damn, if you hate your job so much try going to community college and make something better of yourself.

Despite being the last customer (end of the day), Matthew and Alfredo were at the top of their game. Great internal customer service, great oil service, and most of all my car runs great. ¹⁰⁄₁₀. No complaints. Keep up the great work!

This Place is like an emergency Clinic for an Oil change!
They were on top of their game from jump… They work fast, and with a FLAIR of precision… If you all remember me, (it’s been a long time kiddies!) 4 stars if it’s good!..5! if they walk on water… But here?. It was an easy 4… They simply LOVE what they do, and that makes it 100% for us as patrons! (isn’t that why we’re here?)
Matthew, Jonathan, and Fredo (sauce) were pleasant the whole time… Genuine smiles… My Daughter saw them as we exited the freeway, her indicator said «hurry up or walk!»…(LoL)…So said she would give them a «chance»…I was Leary at first, but once I saw Matthew kick it in gear… The rest followed suit… Ahhh, a sigh of relief…
They of course informed us on what to do for the longevity of the car, and what services they had available. But they didn’t Pressure us, I liked that!.. The whole process took like 15 minutes TOPS! .Boom…Yep, just like that?.. We thanked them for doing the most… and We were OUT…
Now that’s what I’m talking about… trust me… if you need an Oil Change?, that’s Tried and True… SynFast!
David Gong… You need to Acknowledge your staff!

This place doesn’t honor their coupons. I’ve been here several times and never had a problem before but you just can’t trust a place that does not honor the coupons it sends you.

This location is so convenient to where I live. The staff is always friendly and they take care of my oil change quickly. I don’t know about any of their other services. Sometimes they make suggestions about other services I might need, as I’m sure its part of the company’s suggested service policy, but when I decline that seems to be the end of the conversation. I’ve been happy with the oil change service and will definitely return.

3 stars is about right. Not the best, not the worst. I go here strictly for convenience. Not sure if I want to go here anymore because I’m getting a little tired of the up sell pitch I get and the weird reaction I get when I decline. There’s better out there but this is not a terrible choice if you absolutely have to come here.

It is an alright place. The only reason I keep going back is cause I’m so used to this place and sooo close to my home. However I need to find another location… why? If you’re a woman and don’t know much about cars they will take advantage. Oh and the up selling «by the way your car needs this car urgently or you will end in the freeway. .or the battery is going bad. Think of the towing expenses» so basically they put fear on you with the hope you take the bait. I really don’t like that or when they start takung pieces out of the car to show you you will need a filter etc. I’m glad I know enough about cars and don’t let them push me into other services that I don’t want or need at the momeny. But then again many car shops will do that and rip you out your hard earned money. So watch out

Arnold, the manager, gave me excellent service. Everyone was very nice and informed me of everything. Went at lunch time and only took 20 minutes! Service wash great, which I truly appreciate!
Only thing that I didn’t like was that they didn’t do tire rotation or refill the fluids, it was just recommended. But that’s what you get for paying a lower price, so my fault. Service was 5 stars and I would return just for the amazing service.

Typical up sell for an oil change place but once I referenced the owners’ manual recommended oil to be used they cut the shenanigans and I got the $ 20 oil change as advertised. Wish they had called when done but it was finished quickly. Would go back as it is fast and service was mostly friendly.

I kept seeing the $ 19.99 oil change sign for this place off of the 15 exit. I told myself that I needed to get one but needed to make time. After continuing to look at the oil mileage reminder sticker in my upper left hand window indicating that my ass should have gotten an oil change months ago, I decided to stop in.
I pulled into the parking lot and was immediately greeted. I was advised that one car was just finished and I would be next in line. It took all but 20 minutes. I did get the $ 29.99 oil change since the original deal is for regular oil which I figured. I was also given a discount for being a new customer. He did a point check on my car and told me the various things that needed to be done. He checked the charge on my battery so I’ll be purchasing a new one in the near future once I find a deal. I did ask him to check my brakes. He gave me a paper indicating what needed maintenance and also put them in order of importance. You can guess that the battery was at the top. Once I got home, I noticed that the brake column was blank and he didn’t check them. I wouldn’t be surprised if he came out and said «You have none» after I asked him to check… That’s next on my list as well.
I liked this place good enough to go back. Go during off peak hours as it seems to get a little busy based on their location.

Never trust you are getting quality work or parts from this place! I went there to have an oil change and new breaks put on my car. I didn’t even make it to the corner before my breaks were shaking worse then I had ever felt. When I returned to have them redo the breaks they simply put new grease on the pads and told me to get an alignment. After getting the alignment and the shaking still happening I went back for the 3^rd time. Nothing changed they told me they would have the district manager call me, that took 3 days all the while my car was to dangerous to drive. It then took 2 weeks before Estaban Real the district manage told me that if I wanted any refund for there faulty parts I first had to go to another place to have my breaks fixed. After now spending almost $ 800 just on breaks and a month wasted they are only refunding me $ 180. They took advantage of me because I am a young women and know little about cars. NEVER COME HERE!
