Good Store, people are nice and helpful, a little rough around the edges, but a good source for goods.

This place is not normal Asian grocery store. It is the wholesaler for restaurants. Thus one has to endure the messy shopping environment. However, they do carry some stuff that cannot be found in other places such as Zion or Ranch 99. The price is cheaper but you have to purchase in bulk. The poker face cashier does make the whole shopping experience less comfortable. He is always busy chatting in Cantonese while scanning. I have to pay extra attention to make sure that he does not make any price mistake. I guarantee you those mistakes are not in your favor.

Very Questionable Products! Took a chance and bought a 16″ steel wok. Looked ok in the store, but the first time I tried to cook anything on it, the coating melted into the food and gave off the most gawd-awful smell. Tried to scrape it off and ‘seasoned’ the steel with oil. Did not help at all. I threw it out rather than risk poisoning the family. Lots of products are like that wok — not labeled or packaged in anything. Thought they might sell professional stuff, but no. It’s just unsafe, untested items, in bulk. Buyers beware!

This reminds me of Business Costco for Asians. The stuff they sell goes from fairly normal, but in bulk, to downright weird. Ever want 10 lbs of soft shell crab? This is your place. Mass frozen dim sums? About 20 a box(for har gow anyways). Want a «case» of beansprouts, which is actually a 10 lb bag? $ 5 I believe. They also sell certain things individually, like sauces and cookies and stuff. Selection isn’t the best, but the prices are pretty damn good. A LOT of frozen meats, and frozen fish, etc etc. A very good selection of vegetarian«meats» as well, but not your normal Boca Burger or Quorn. Also, a rice cooker that makes 100 cups of rice.

i call this place T & A. it isn’t as insanely crowded as other Asian grocery stores, and the parking is a breeze. the inside of the warehouse isn’t dolled up like 99 Ranch or Zion so there is no ambiance(unless there’s a motif for bare naked concrete walls) and therefore they are able to keep their prices low. however, i don’t recommend this place to ppl who are unfamiliar with Asian groceries since the stockers don’t answer questions(i think they went to the same customer service school as Walmart stockers). and it says on their business card that it is closed on Sundays. bring cash since they charge extra for customers using credit cards. and this place is meant for restaurant owners(but open to the public) so everything is in bulk like Costco.

This is pretty much a warehouse. No ambience at all but that is not why you go there. I go for getting my sichuan fix. They have a good selection of Dou Ban Jiang when I make my boiled fish dishes at home. They have just about anything you need to get your Asian vibe on. I bought a chinese clay pot the other day to make Vietnamese Ca Kho To which is catfish in a clay pot. The clay pot was only 10 bucks which was about the best price I have seen for a clay pot that size. If you know what you want this place will probably have it. You can call also and ask if they have what you need. This is a good place and probably cheaper than Ranch 99.

Bring cash, since they dont want to bother with cards and 2% checkout fee for credit card. This place is not clean at all. No Service, they treat you as 2nd class. Never come back. Check out they shopping cart that tell you the quality of food and the way they do business.

I have shopped here for 10 years. Great place to stock up the freezer with poultry, beef, seafood, and pork. Prices are very good. They have the best selection of fake meats in town. It is primarily a restaurant supply store and most products are sold in bulk. So if you like buying 5000 yards of plastic wrap or foil for the price of one yard at your normal grocery this is the place to go. The people are cool if you are to them.

Even though this place is open to the general public, there is really no reason to come here unless u need to buy in bulk for a restaurant or something, just go down the street to Ranch 99, the asian supermarket, better selection of pretty much everything, except not in bulk. dont expect service from this place, and bring cash, since they dont want to bother with cards.

the places is so crappy, rude, and filled with disrespectful workers. wait hold on, the asian people are the ones i’m talking about. the mexicans that get all the stuff are super nice and i feel bad for them, working in such a … ergh environment. so please tip them when they take stuff to your car. i guess this is what i get for wanting cheap items, it comes with pissed off angry asian workers. you can’t call my racist because i am asian. but these people. horrible. and they scream… at their mexican workers like crazy. its so sad… i always tip the ones who help me bring stuff to the car. i’m sure it makes their life just a little bit better. :) hopefully someday i find another chinese wholesale food warehouse place that is cheap and has nice respectful workers in the front. as for now i’m stuck with this one

Wholesale food and supplies thats available to the general public. Its OK here, they mainly cater to Asian restaurants. I come here as needed. They have a good selection of ethnic ingredients. They do have just about everything that you would need if you had to cater a party or what not without having to buy in bulk. They also sell commercial pots, pans, knives, flatware, cambros, and other basic restaurant equipment. Check it out.
