EVERYSINGLETIME I go there, something goes wrong. There’s been times when I’ve gone inside and waited at the counter for 5 minutes AFTER making eye contact with workers just standing, eating in the kitchen; clearly ignoring my existence. I’ve had NUMEROUS messed up orders through the drive through AND from walking inside. Most recently, I was given a receipt with the correct amount on it($ 2.03) yet my bank statement says I was ACTUALLY charged $ 7.83. Are you freaking kidding me Taco Bell??? ITSNOTTHATHARD! Needless to say, I used to go there on my lunch breaks because it’s conveniently located down the street from my work but ever since the blonde curly haired boy who worked the drive through quit, this Taco Bell location is on the very, very bottom of my list for lunch break.

I am the biggest Taco Bell fan; however, this is the WORST taco bell I have EVER been to and I have been to Taco Bell’s all over the US! I ordered my usual — Mexican pizza and two nachos. The Mexican pizza was good but the nacho chips were super stale and tasted horrible! I ended up coming home with food poisoning :(I have never had food poisoning before and I can eat 3 day old pizza that has been sitting out with no issues. I am super disappointed.

Slowest service out all the«fast» food places I have been to. One person ahead of me and for 1 chicken burrito, it took over 20 minutes. I thought the one in Port Hueneme was the slowest, this beat it.

This deserves zero stars but it wouldn’t let me post that. Worst fast food experience, EVER! Pulled up to the drive through, waited 20 minutes. Not because I wanted to, because I couldn’t get out thanks to the line. At 25 minutes, one of the gals working there comes out and puts an out of order sign on the drive through. Then, they don’t even bother to direct traffic away from the drive through so that me and the 5 cars behind me can get out. Many of us stuck in our cars were late getting back to work. The utter lack of training and lack of managerial assistance shows that this store and probably franchise overall is a sham. I used to love Taco Bell. I will not go there again. I feel sorry for the staff if this is a lack of training and/or support from the management. Overall wait time, 45 minutes… What I don’t understand is why the poor fool in the front of the line didn’t pull out, park, and walk in to get his food. He could have freed up the line for the rest of us just trying to get out as soon as possible. Un-believable!

Would love to review the food here, but we walked in and stood at the register for 4 minutes and no one even bothered to come take our order. Needless to say we left without eating here

I went back here because: 1. i love bad mexican food from taco bell 2. they had a «now hiring» sign and thought there might be a glimpse of hope. lo and behold… service has improved GREATLY since my FIRST Unilocal review EVER. They got my order correct and I was in and out of the drive through in less than 15 minutes. I’m glad they made some changes because the people there were doing their establishment a disservice. Good job!

Why… WHY do I keep torturing myself with venturing off to Taco Bell? The one in my hood is no bueno, so I’m not sure why I expected this one to be any better. But I was hungry, too lazy to get out of my car, and the burger joint across the street had a line like folks were waiting to get Justin Beiber’s autograph or something. So I went here. And just like I said in my other Taco Hell review, you can’t go here an expect real Mexican food. Cause that just ain’t happening. The service here wasn’t as bad as the one in NP, but they still got my order wrong. They ALWAYS get my order wrong. Is it really that difficult to not put tomatoes from my crunchy taco supremes? Me thinks not.

I eat here everyday, the service and food is good. Every time I go to the drive thru they ask«How are you doing today?» I then feel obligated to say«good». I would prefer the cut the small talk and get to the ordering. Other than that this place is great.

Yes I know, it’s not authentic mexican food. There are plenty of better places in the area to get a taco. But when I’m on a 45 min meal break, am craving tacos and don’t have a lot of money to spend, I come here. The people who work here have always been nice. I get in and out of the drive through in just a few minutes. This allows me time to get home and eat without rushing.

Ok, I may have given an average rating to this place, but that’s only because I don’t expect much from them. I went through the drive through as I never want to be seen in a fast food establishment again in my adult life. The food is not as good as I remember it being when I was a kid, but honestly what should I have expected? The beef almost seems pre-digested and to top it off, you get skimpy portions of it. The cheese has the weirdest buttery aroma, but it doesn’t put me off. I didn’t have diarhea and everything actually looked really well maintained and super clean which is a major +++.

The food here is consistently edible, but the service can vary from visit to visit. My last visit, I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes before someone even spoke to me to tell me that it would be a minute. Another two minutes later, I was tempted to leave. Avoid going here on sundays, as the after church crowd seems to like it. Children make me feel punchy.

We all get those sinful and unhealthy cravings once in awhile. Rarely do I pop into Taco Bell seeking nourishment knowing full well that I’ll be digesting some lethal caloric bombs reinforced with globules of trans-fats in tow. Taco Bell gets no love from me when it comes to 98% of their concoctions developed in their food lab and sold to customers with non-appetizing names like«Chalupa» or «Gordita». So what about their standard, run-of-mill hard shell tacos? No harm there. Right? So I succumb to my cravings and order three hard tacos for lunch. Simple. Easy. Right? F*ck man! Why is the taco shell chewy instead of crunchy? Offense One. Riddle me this Batman, how the hell is a chewy shell still gonna break up in your hand at the first bite and all the fillings spill out to make a Mexican salad? That almost defies physical laws and material science. Offense Two. Why are my mitts totally oily like I taking part in the clean up efforts from the Exxon Valdez oil spill in Alaska? Offense 3. That’s three strikes. So now I’ve reached the«no love» level for 100% of the items at Taco Bell. I guess I won’t return.

Something about this location. The staff is always pleasant, the food always seems hotter and fresher and larger serving than any other tabo bell I know. A+++++++
