We are fourth-​generation San Diegans and have owned beach properties for decades, so we know how to make your stay at the beach as comfortable as possible. We can also make suggestions on things to do and places to go, for all ages and lifestyles.

Meet the Business Owner

Andrew S.

Business Owner

Andrew is a former mortgage banker turned Hollywood executive turned business consultant and advisor. He began his formal education studying architecture before moving on to other fields of study; however, his love of real estate and travel have never been far.

Andrew has also owned a travel agency giving him a unique understanding real estate and travel, specifically how they relate to the property management and vacation rental industries. Being well-​versed in finance helps too.
