Getting into the place was easy, but that’s about the only positive thing I have to say. While living there the manager was never in the office when you needed them. They were supposed to walk through the house with me before move in to do a general check of the place, but they were «too busy» to do so. I did my best and pointed out the obvious, ie. missing light bulbs, missing shower heads, holes in the carpet etc. There was a leak in the air conditioning system they said was caused by dog hair clogging the filter. First of all, we were only there about a month at this point, so that wasn’t from us, shouldn’t they be cleaning filters regularly? I noticed that the carpet was damp by the unit and mentioned it to the maintenance guy who just blew it off. The damp carpet only got worse. by the time we left (only stayed 6 months) we scrubbed that thing like there was no tomorrow and for certain it was mold. Something is leaking somewhere still. well they charged us to clean the carpet and to replace it. I’m angry because I told them about it, and it was NOT the dogs like they claim to have been. They are house trained and were hardly ever in that room! no way a dog could do that damage. So we got $ 29.00 dollars back from our deposit. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I understand the basic cleaning fee, but to charge us for things that are obviously wrong with the house itself (leak) and previous damage that I know for sure I documented beforehand is just highway robbery. I do not suggest this place to anyone unless you don’t care about your money going down the drain. Ripping off renters like this should be illegal.

I’ve been living here for a little over 2 years. Just wait until I move out, I plan to write a review so epic, no one will ever move here again. Don’t be fooled by the 1 star rating, they deserve negative 20 stars. If you think you want to simply «give this place a shot» because you’re thinking «how bad could it be?» The next thing you will be saying to yourself is «I should have listened to that Unilocal review!»

Worst. Experience. EVER. Trying to get an apartment. Emailed numerous times before even receiving a response. Manager REFUSES to speak to us over the phone and seems to only respond to emails. We were told to priority express our applications, which we did and spent a ridiculous amount of money to do, and they offered the apartment to another person because they didn’t receive our applications «in time». Which didn’t even extend 7 business days from the date we were told about the available apartment. Then, trying to retract our application, the manager was INCREDIBLY rude over the phone. Not worth it.

this place is way over priced I have lived in San Diego all my life my family works in the field of real estate in my opinion this mold infested condos are at best worth 1800 a month not a penny more. And if that was not enough these thief’s over charged me for two new sinks and installation for something that I did not damage. If I could give a no star I would or even a brown star is what they deserve look elsewhere if your smart I should also mention that they will try to trap you into a new lease if you don’t hurry and sign for a new lease a moth before your old lease is up they threaten your rent will increase 175.00 a month if it goes month to month or sign and only pay 25.00 a month more with the new lease. yea right common thief’s
