Tarantino Masonry completed a number of large and small projects in our front yard which are very important to the curb appeal of our home. These included a large step-​stone capped retaining wall, a smaller seat wall and several travertine stone pathways. What distinguished Art Tarantino during the estimate process, was his willingness to spend the extra time to evaluate why the existing fairly new hardscape features were failing and recommend suggested fixes and options for the rebuild. High marks for thoughtfulness and sharing his experience and knowledge. From start to finish, Art was onsite all day everyday directing and working along side his small crew leaving no question as to the quality and integrity of the work. In my opinion having the business owner, and in Art’s case a masterful tradesman, at the jobsite results in a better more efficient job for both the contractor and their client and much greater peace of mind for the homeowner. Art also demonstrated flexibility in working with me to incorporate add-​ons to the orginal scope of work at fair cost. The work turned out great both structurally and aesthetically; adding increased beauty and functionality to the front of our home. We will certainly be calling on Art and his team in the future as we upgrade various elements of our backyard landscape.

Hired Art and his workers to demo a concrete curb under our fence. They were done quickly and efficiently. Excellent crew. Great job. He estimated the job would take 2 days. However, they finished in about 3 hours.

Art built a wall for me approximately 60 feet long 6 feet high on a sloped grade at the rear of my property. The end result is pure Art. He is a super nice guy very easy going and has an excellent crew of guys working with him. Completed the job on budget on time and the craftsmanship is of high quality. He is a master mason! I’m going to hire him to do a rear yard patio and I highly recommend him to all looking for high quality craftsmanship at a competitive price. Art Tarantino and his crew are the best.

Art and his small crew just finished 3 separate jobs at my home testing their expertise in 3 areas, retaining walls, pavers and a driveway expansion of about 800 sq ft. concrete… perfection, perfection and more perfection!!! Art has an eye for the finished product I have rarely seen, meticulous in every facet, always on time, always in communication and most certainly honest integrity caring about the product he provides from beginning to end. I simply cannot be happier that I found «Art the Artist» and his crew for the projects at my home. I will post pics of the 3 jobs for anyone’s pleasure, this guy knows his stuff!!!

Art is awesome. He and his crew do great work at competitive prices. Our small HOA hired Art to attach slate to the front of our building and pour some new slab. They installed a new drain, and everything is now sloped to carry water away from the building. We would definitely work with Art again.

We used Tarantino Masonry when we remodeled our back yard. Art and his crew were very professional. They got things done in a neat and timely matter. I would highly recommend Tarantino Masonry to anyone whose looking to have any concrete work done.

We found Art Tarantino on Craigslist, and I’m glad we did. We wanted a patio poured, and while it wasn’t the biggest concrete job, it was important to us to get it done on a budget, and have it look nice. He gave us a fair estimate, and worked with us on what we wanted as opposed to doing what he wanted. Some of our other estimates we got were triple what Art did the job for, and he did it quickly, and professionally. His crew is comprised of nice, stand up guys that were polite, and respected our schedule (nap time for the kids). I would HIGHLY recommend Tarantino Masonry to anyone needing any sort of masonry work. Actually, I already have recommended him to a number of friends and family.
