Buying a house is very stressful, but this man makes it an easy process. Still to the day I am very thankful and happy for everything Brad has done for me and my wife. Once you meet him you’ll have someone there for you for the rest of your life. Not only is he an expert in real-​estate but he knows so many people that can help you out with any problem in and around your house. Brad had a great attitude and was always there to answer any questions we ever had no matter the time. His team is very professional and helpful too, any issue we had they would always take care of it. Over all I am very happy with my house and with their service, Brad has set the bar really high for all other agents out there. My husband and I just closed on our new home, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Brad. He is everything I expected in a realtor and more.
As first time buyers, there were many specifics that we didn’t know about, all of which Brad took the time to explain. At each point in the home buying process, he would lay out the details of what was to come. Every time I called him with a question, he patiently explained it until I fully understood. He was easily reachable through text, email and even good ol’ fashioned phone calls.
His attention to detail when looking at houses impressed me. In one kitchen, he actually removed his shoes and walked over a section of the floor repeatedly to make sure that it wasn’t slanted! I really felt that he had our best interest at heart, and was looking out for us through the entire process.

There aren’t enough stars in the box to warrant a full rating of the Michels Group. Brad and Colleen were the consummate professionals, going way over and beyond every step of the way for my first home purchase. I mean WAY over and beyond. They were there for me in all aspects of the transaction, from finding me my perfect home, to making sure I understood each part of the process and was comfortable with it all, to holding my hand during the first-​time buyer’s panic attacks, to walking me through the paperwork, and too many other things to name.
I previously had had a very bad experience with an agent from McMillin, which I won’t detail here, but I was ready to give up looking for a home when I met Brad. He took me out for coffee and asked me in great detail what I really wanted, what I didn’t want, and my timeline. He was upbeat, confident, knowledgeable, a great listener and a guy with a sense of humor and a passion for the ironman kinds of stuff. He apologized for showing up in his workout clothes, and I thought it was great. No pretenses, just hard work. That afternoon, he sent me the information on a great first place to check out and we went to the open house. He was the Real Estate Angel.
The Michels Group is extremely knowledgable, professional, well-​connected, clever, honest, trustworthy and I would use them again in a heartbeat, and refer them to my closest friends, without even considering anyone else. On top of it all, Brad and Colleen are wonderful people. When you have to spend that much time with your realtor, you thank the heavens for the personalities of the Michels. Makes it all the more fun, even when you’re having the first-​time buyer panic attacks.

I have to say that Brad is the best and I an not easily impressed. I moved here from Chicago and Brad was excellent in helping me determine what I wanted and the right location for me. I recently bought a condo and Brad was super attentive and a real professional when it comes to negotiation. Not to mention that I made an offer in only two weeks time.
