Our REO Services Include completing occupancy checks within less than 24 hours, securing and rekeying properties, cash for keys, evictions, clean outs, winterization, weekly property inspections, monthly status and market reporting, BPO’s, a full scale marketing and advertising campaign, and consistent communication with our Asset Managers from prelist to close.

Our Short Sale staff assist homeowners that are upside down on their mortgage and have a valid financial hardship avoid foreclosure.
