It is hell hole on earth. The location is convenient, all the positives ends. It is dirty, filthy… 15+ people live in 2 bedroom apartment. Parking is atrocious. You will see cop cars almost everyday. People will park in your space all the time. It has no AC. There are billion shopping carts. Kids run around and yell all day. Everyone has a dog or two even though I was told «no pets allowed». To top it off they hard pulled my credit and took most of my deposits for «touch up» paints etc, I never hung anything and I lived there for 6 months. Don’t do it

I lived here for 9 years, it was close to work, my sons school, and basically any store or restaurant you could ask for. They will fix anything that is broken, and will do any upkeep of the apartment. I never had any problems with maintenance. They take any complaints you have to heart to make it a safe place to live.
