Todd DeRenzis – State Farm Insurance Agent

I had a really great experience with this State Farm. I dealt with a guy named «PJ» last week and he was great and kept the process simple. I had been with State Farm since about 1994 or 1995 and cancelled it a few months ago when I sold my car for the first time in my life and didn’t need insurance. I half expected a battle trying to set it back up and keep all the discounts I had. The nice thing was I didn’t even have to ask and PJ went the extra mile and found them all and got me taken care of. What was also above and beyond was him taking care of it immediately for me as I purchased a car and needed it before I could drive off the lot. PJ held me on the line and we got it taken care of in under a half hour. Simple. I was impressed.
Definitely highly recommend this State Farm branch if you want excellent customer service.

Todd and his team are as good as it gets. The service is prompt and polite and they experts in coverage. They provide all of my personal insurance and for my business as well. Todd and staff are very good about explaining the various coverage options and advising you on how to best insure without becoming insurance poor.
A good agent with an amazing company is a real asset and Todd and staff are excellent.

Gotta say, good customer service is hard to find nowadays.

I found Todd’s State Farm office while searching for some a local insurance agency for my auto and renters insurance after moving to San Diego. As with most moves, finding good business to work with is a difficult process, however he made the decision extremely easy.
Both Todd and Andrew are my main points of contact and could not have made the move smoother. Not only are they up to date with communication methods, and willing to respond in email or phone messages, but they are extremely punctual and very good at keeping their customers updated on things that can’t be handled during that conversation. In addition to that, I walk past their office multiple times per week to do some shopping in the center they are located in. Twice I have dropped by unannounced and been greeted as if the meeting were in the calendar. I am always surprised by their positive energy, and eagerness to help in any way that they can.
I have now been a customer of Todd’s for 7 months, and could not be a happier.

I love these guys! Super, super helpful and always manage to make the time to help me with my questions and inquiries. My husband has like a bazillion policies with State Farm so when he moved to San Diego, he found these folks since they’re close by to our place and we sure are lucky! Cindy and Andrew are extremely helpful and always follow up accordingly. I haven’t had the chance to work with anyone else but so far, we’ve had a great experience with them! Would recommend to anyone who asked!

My parents called saying they were having an issue with a payment and asked me to deal with it since they only speak Japanese. We just moved back to San Jose, but I am glad I kept Cindy as our agent because I called her and told her I have no idea what my parents want and she told me «no problem, I’ll take care of it» 30 min later, my parents called me to tell me what a wonderful person she is and how I should write a Unilocal review for her. Fine, they should just go and adopt her then. Jealousy aside, I love her because it’s one less thing I have to deal with, wish there was a Cindy for every service we need!
