When a home goes into escrow, whether or not you have the buyer or seller I am the main point of contact. I work with each buyer, seller, agents and escrow to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction. I am in charge of reports, disclosures and all closing paperwork.
History
Established in 2011.
I began as an executive assistant to a short sale CEO/Realtor. In 2008 I began working in the REO industry for a few years. In 2011 joined the Daniel Beer Group as an executive assistant/transaction coordinator and fell in love with the work and assistance given as a transaction coordinator. In 2012 I became a self employed Transaction coordinator under Real Living Lifestyles and have been working hard, closing hundreds of transactions per year, since.

I started in the wonderful world of real estate back in 2008 in the foreclosure business. I then worked my way from REO’s to Short sales, learning the business from the ground up. I landed a position as executive assistant to a luxury broker and started my work as a Transaction Coordinator and manager of the Daniel Beer Group. The start of 2013 I was recruited to be an in house Transaction Coordinator for Real Living Lifestyles at multiple branch locations. I successfully closed over 400 transactions in less than two years.
Summary: From Start to finish, opening escrow, acting as a liaison between buyers, sellers, escrow, title, lenders, and agents. Coordinating the sale of each home, ensuring all paperwork is up to broker standards as well as the CA DRE. Managing multiple online transaction management platforms for each broker while maintaining a highly professional nature with each of my clients
