Born and raised in San Diego. Studied at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a «hands-​on» approach to learning at the #1 Construction Management school in the nation. Moved back to SD and started working for a custom home company Select Builders learning the right way to build homes. As the residential market crashed, moved to Reno Contracting Inc, San Diego’s premier commercial contracting company. Worked on projects from parking structures, 6-​story steel framed office buildings, to commercial tenant improvements, biotech labs, solar parking canopies to the VA Outpatient Clinic in Oceanside and now restaurants at Rancho Bernardo Inn.

My background of commercial and residential construction, mixed with my InterNACHI certification makes me an over qualified expert in home inspections.
