Triskell Restorations

I used them for a slab leak and it was a relief that they handled all the various work that had to be done — detecting leak, repairing mold, rerouting plumbing, painting and more. Additionally dealt with the insurance company. Otherwise others that quoted me only did piece work and would not submit to the insurance company.

We were refereed to Triskell Restoration by our insurance provider after a water leak in our kitchen. We trusted that our insurance company would only recommend vendors that do quality work and are easy to work with. We were not disappointed! Triskell provided quick and very professional work. They worked with us on our timeline and budget. We were happy with all the work performed and more so with all the employees that were in our house. Everyone at Triskell that we had contact with was friendly, and professional.
I am very happy to have learned about Triskell and would definitely use them again.

We had leaking pipes like most of the people in our neighborhood and when we asked around we heard good things about Triskell Restorations. They took care of the damage quickly and professionally. Later they replaced our pool pump, installed a video security system and beautifully landscaped our back slope that had become an eyesore. The results were well beyond our expectations. Triskell Restorations is a full service company that does it all and does it well! We have experienced their professionalism and expertise on many projects and couldn’t be more pleased with the process and the final result!

I’ve used Triskell Restorations twice, both times for water damage in my house. The first time, AAA sent them. The second time I requested them. Their level of competence and professionalism was astounding.
From the woman on the phone who took my initial information, to every single worker who came through my house, every one of them was knowledgeable, well trained, and friendly.
We had a pretty major flood, so there was a lot of work that needed to be done. Triskell handled the entire process, from dry-​out, to move-​out, to repairs, painting, and move-​in. Every step of the way was carefully orchestrate, and coordinated with the insurance company. When they were done, my home was better than it had been before the flood, and it was spotless.
This company clearly puts an emphasis on customer service & satisfaction. I hope that I never have to use them again for a flood, but I wouldn’t hesitate if needed.

We had a leak in bathroom behind the drywall and had several estimates done. Triskell was less expensive and did an excellent job. They were done sooner than we expected and we could not tell where the drywall had been patched. I expected to have a huge mess in the bathroom when they were done and it was clean and tidy. Not a lot of dust everywhere as I have had in the past. Everyone who came into our home was extremely polite and professional. The plumber was awesome and completed the job sooner than expected also. Overall it was an outstanding experience.

Omg these guys are like rollercoasters, up and down, up and down… OK so my sliding glass door broke, shattered into a million pieces because my gardener hit a rock in the backyard, woe is me. Called AAA they sent out Triskell Restorations again to clean it up, let me tell you these 2 guys were the same 2 guys they sent over to board up my front door about a month ago and they are awesome, wonderful guys, could not be happier. My beef was with the office people that can’t get their heads out of their asses, so again nothing against the 2 field guys they sent out, they were perfect.

After a water line leak in my ceiling and damage to two bathrooms, master bath and my kitchen Triskell was sent in by my insurance company for dry out and restoration. From the moment they arrived on my property I received the best service.
Ray Lopez was in charge my Emergency Service. I was impressed from the time he arrived at my house until the day his part of the work was finished. He was on time, very neat and worked very hard to make sure we were still able to stay in our house during the construction. I was very impressed with the service Ray provided us.
After we seen how well the dry out went we decided to use Triskell for the entire restoration process. Every member of their crew were great from and the project managers keep us up to date with every step. Their crew is amazing, they matched paint that had been on my walls for years, found carpet that was close to the pattern I had down that was damage and left my house looking like there was never any damage. I was very IMPRESSED with everyone involved in the restoration of my house.

I can’t thank Todd enough for all the work he’s put in for us. The cabinets job looks tremendous and and we’re so happy with the crew. Todd kept things moving along and any challenges we came across were handled in a professional and efficient way.

Triskell remodeled both my bathrooms after they flooded. It was a long, drawn out experience compared to what other people are reporting.
Lots of stuff wasn’t done right the first time. The newly installed toilet leaked until the 3^rd plumber visit. The drywall wasn’t taped so you could see the line where it had been installed after they painted. The painter dripped paint on the tub and the tile. The guy who was supposed to be managing the project didn’t visit and relied on me to report issues. It felt like I was overseeing the project instead of Triskell. One day I came home and found my bathroom ceiling, which had been white, was now painted blue.
The tile guy Ryan was fantastic. beautiful job. But then the grout didn’t get sealed and was ruined when it got wet. Replacing it didn’t work so they sent someone out to paint it. But the guy who painted the grout also painted on the expensive tiles I paid extra for.
I called the owner Rick, who took over the project himself at this point. He fixed a number of issues and took on a couple small additional tasks for free but wasn’t able to get the tiles cleaned. He claimed the work was done. I went back to AAA with pictures of the paint on the tile and they sent Triskell back out to fix it. Ryan came back out and spent two days cleaning the paint off the tiles. The extra cleaning helped but didn’t restore the tile to it’s pre-​painting condition.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t use Triskell again.

These guys are great! Extremely knowledgeable and professional — they know exactly what they are doing and they do a great job. I highly recommend them.

At 5:30 AM on a Tuesday morning in early December 2013, I discovered a major plumbing leak happened over night. The first story ceiling was raining in my living room. I had never had to deal with anything remotely like this before. I immediately called my insurance carrier, who connected me with Triskell.
Triskell arrived within 40 minutes. They were at my home, working, before 7:00 AM rolled around. By the end of the day, the bad areas of the house were demoed, and they had a complete drying a dehumidifying system in place. They cleaned up what could be cleaned, and disposed of items damaged beyond repair. They monitored the drying process every day and were able to start reconstruction by the end of the week.
The affected areas of the house were not only fixed, but looked better than new by the time they were done. They did this quickly. Despite the holiday season, they were working every day. Communication was fantastic, timely, and friendly.
Literally every encounter I had with their staff was positive. From the painters, carpenters, drywallers, estimators, to the office staff.
I have never dealt with a company this professional and skilled before. I was astonished at every step.
I would not hesitate to use them again. These people turned a nightmare into a better-​than-​ever house in just a couple weeks. I consider myself lucky to have worked with them.

We had a water leak under the foundation at our Riverside house and called the Auto Club to report a claim. Triskell Restorations was the company referred by the insurance company and they were out the same day and resolved the leak and made all the repairs. The staff was professional and always responded by my phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely manner. The completed work was as if we never had an issue.
Having a water leak is never a good thing but the quality of work performed and the courtesy delivered was by far better than expected.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Triskell upon a recommendation of a friend and was completely satisfied with the service, quality, and professionalism of all the workers that were needed to complete the job. My new wooden floors and tile get nothing but compliments. Not only did the workers do their job but if I asked them to do something extra they did not hesitate and did it with a smile. I will be using them again in the future for a patio expansion and cover and I am excited to see the results and look forward to seeing them again.

The Triskell team is great. We have recommended them to several friends and would use them again and again. We were introduced to Triskell through AAA Autoclub as a result of an ongoing water damage problem with our master shower. There had been a couple of other contractors who attempted to bandaid the problem for a year prior to Triskell’s arrival. We were pretty frustrated by the time we were referred to Triskell. In addition to having the shower problem addressed we decided to hire the Triskell team to remodel our entire master bathroom at the same time. One time the owner made 3 trips to LA to locate the granite tile border we wanted since there was limited stock found through various sources and he knew we had our heart set on this selection. This is just one example of the excellent customer service we received. We are very particular about the end product and also who is inside of our family home. We trusted them completely and they never let us down. The Triskell team did such an amazing job that we hired them to also build an outdoor living space which we had been planning for 10 years. What held us back was finding a quality trustworthy contractor who could help us create and produce the end product. Their pricing was not only competitive and fair but often times much lower. The team recommended several online sources for items we were purchasing for the outdoor living which were outside the scope of their job but they wanted us to get the best price.. Both projects are stunning and all of our friends have asked for referrals. Since then several of our friends have successfully used Triskell to repair water leaks, replace water heaters, repair water damaged walls/​floors and work on various other projects not of the emergency nature. We recommend Triskell with the highest regard and without reservations.
