I’ve been going here for years. The owner is friendly, knows me by name, and has great prices. I’ve also had several pants hemmed for a reasonable price. Great value and kind people.

Just picked up my dress for a wedding tomorrow. Paid extra for small tiny common stains they didn’t get out of my dress. DONOTGOHERE.

Don’t go here ! If I could give this place a negative I would. Unilocal gave this place great ratings which is why I went. Maybe I had bad luck… But they ruined 3 out of the 3 dresses I brought in. My white dress mysteriously had a big yellow stain across it. I believe that’s the dry cleaning solution they use … And the other 2 dresses they returned to me came back faded and shrunken. Each item I paid about 200 $ For.. which means they ruined 600 $ worth of clothes … I paid 28 $ to have 3 things ruined … The lady working doesn’t speak English so she connected me with the owner over the phone who tried to tell me that — that’s how I brought my dresses to them . It was so frustrating … They ended up reimbursing me 11 $ for the one with the stain on it … But not the other 2 dresses . **also– I had the straps shorten on my white dress. They claim they do alterations … But the job they did on it was terrible. I could have done it better myself. Either way at this point it doesn’t matter any more because my dress is ruined . I have never had cleaners ruin my clothes before . I need to find a new place to go to as I am new to town. The most annoying part about it — is as I was leaving the idiot lady at the counter told me «you NO come back». I looked at her and said trust me. I won’t. Who pays money to have their clothes destroyed … WTF ??!

I have taken in several blouses and suits to get dry cleaned as well as clothing alterations and broken zippers. They do it all! Friendly staff, GREAT prices, quick turn around. Been going here for years.

Absolutely LOVE this place! — Friendly staff who remember you by name and clearly speak English — The most reasonable prices in Pacific Beach as they operate their own plant — Excellent quality on alternations, no questions asked if you need something touched up — Very quick turnaround, I’ve had to ask for same day service and have never been charged extra. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I found this dry cleaner while I was doing laundry next door at «Ms. Bubbles» at the small, «7−11» strip mall at the end of Garnet and Balboa. I was seeking to reduce my dry cleaning costs, as most of the other PB cleaners seem to charge exhorbitant prices for basic cleaning. The business owner, Hong, was quite pleasant and told me that the cost for dry cleaning goes down to $ 2.75 per item when you bring in 10 items or more at one time. There is no requirement to «pre-pay» as with«Joymax».(Joymax stopped honoring and running the Von’s coupons.) Tyler’s has its plant off-premises and this saves some cost. You can get next day service in a pinch, but the standard is two-day. If your not«pressed» for time(!), this is a lower cost option. I saved about 15% at this cleaner by saving up my clothes until I had 10 or more items. A suit jacket is slightly more when included in the ten pieces price. My clothes were returned quite nice and pressed neatly.
