These guys have been awesome. I bought a 330 zhp from them a few months ago. I knew exactly what I was looking for, so they didn’t have to do much to sell it to me! But a BMW is a BMW, and 180 miles later a check engine light popped on. I brought it back, they diagnosed it, replaced an intake hose, sent me on my merry way without charging me a penny.
Had an HID go out 3 months later, 400 bucks at the dealer, I bought an OEM bulb off amazon and VIP threw it in for free. Now to replace an HID in my car requires removing the bumper, so VIP essentially comped an hour and a half of labor for me.
They’ve really taken the worry out of buying a used car, in particular pre owned luxury cars. Their inventory is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

I got a great deal on my 2010 smartcar here. Looked around alot before I finally found the one. The sales people were very friendly and proffesional. They told me when I left with the car that even though I was buying the car «as is» to let them know if I had any problems. I thought it was a nice thing to say but never expected them to back it up. When I had issues with my transmission just a few days later and the check engine light came on they towed my car to the dealership to see what they could do over the weekend ultimately coordinating with the Smart dealership to have the shift control module replaced. It had some kind of water damage. It was an expensive repair totaling $ 900 dollars. VIP footed the entire bill and gave me back the car freshly washed in a timely manner. Finding a used car dealship that is so trustworthy and takes this level of responsibility for the cars they sell is unheard off. I was truely floored by the integrity of the dealership and the way they took care of me in my time of need. Thank you VIP!

In short I came into contact with these guys under a pretty different situation than most, but Chris was absolutely fantastic in handling the deal.
They bend over backward to make sure that you are taken care of and have some really fantastic cars with super low miles that are very obviously priced the best in town. You can tell they are great people from the second you walk in. You feel welcome with ZERO pressure, as well as those cursed donuts that I was eyeballing. One thing that I know in reading other reviews is that when you are at a USED car dealer you are buying just that… A car that is used, so in that — it’s up to the potential buyer to do their own due diligence to ensure that it is the car that fits for them.
I mean, I liked their customer service and dedication to the customer that I decided to get a job there.

I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to my worst enemy! The GUILT of putting someone through owning a car from this place would keep me up at night! I purchased a high end vehicle less than 6 months ago. Since than I have had my car repaired 3 times!!! Costing ALOT of MONEY!!! The cars appear appealing on the lot but trust and believe that you will REGRET the purchase! They cosmetically care for there vehicles but under the hood is a NIGHTMARE! STAY FAR AWAY and keep it moving to another dealership! Because your car will not be moving or running properly shortly after you purchase it!

I came into VIP autos looking for a Subaru Forester that I had seen online. Josh was there to accommodate me and accompany me in test driving the vehicle. I fell in love with the car and before I knew it, unbeknownst to me I was ready to make a purchase. This was completely not my plan as I was hesitant about car salesmen but really and truly everyone made me feel so comfortable. I was totally new at the whole car purchasing but Resa and Josh were completely honest, hospitable and took care of everything. I honestly would go back if I were to purchase another vehicle. They also did such a great job at finding me a good APR rate and I left the dealership with a new car in my possession. I highly recommend giving this place a try because you will not be disappointed at their level of customer care and integrity.

I bought a 2007 MINI Cooper 2 years ago from VIP Autos and I couldn’t be happier. I’m a female who doesn’t speak car and every time I need help with something I automatically call VIP Autos and they help me instantly. Reza and Chris are always so helpful towards me! They literally break down everything barney style so I can understand what’s happening with my car. My visor broke the other day so I called and told Reza, I brought to the shop and BOOM fixed in 5 mins! Their prices are unbelievable too! I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

These guys are simply the best! Ray knows what he’s selling and knows how to treat his customers. He is genuine and honest with no game playing! Everyone at VIP Autos is there to make sure you are taken care of. We were going to leave on a trip and two days before the car wouldn’t start. I didn’t know who to call so I thought I would see if Ray from VIP Autos can help and sure enough he did with open arms! He offered to tow my car from my house to the dealership (I live in Spring Valley!) and helped me get the parts at HIS cost (I saw the receipts) and even had his mechanic install them for me! Car was done in a day and my family and I were able to make our planned trip like nothing happened. This is not your average dealer, they truly do care about you and not just your purchase.

When buying a car most buyers forget about what happens after it’s bought. If something goes wrong, you can be stuck stressing about what it is and how it’s going to get resolved and there’s no help from your dealer. I’ve been here before many times. Not with VIP Autos! I had nothing but friendly support from Ray no matter the issue. He takes care of you no matter when you bought your car from them! I have saved nearly 2k from his resources and assistance. Ray wants nothing in return except for a smile on your face. He has over 30 years in the business and is passionate about cars and what many dealers lack, the people. Come here first, and drive away smiling. I found the car I wanted online, at VIP, a private dealer. So I was automatically on guard. Chris and David were so professional, candid and relaxed, it felt like I was hanging out with my buddies. I told them what I could afford, and they made it happen. Chris explained how I got swindled from the last dealership I went to, so it will never happen again. I even got a refund from my DMV charge. Who does that? Honesty? Yes! The car is perfect and I am really glad I came here. You should too.

These guys are amazing! I bought a car from overseas and had all sorts of issues on my end wiring them the money, they were so patient and understanding and held the car for me. They are also keeping the car for me for a month and picking my family up at the airport in our new ride! Can’t recommend them enough!

YES THIS IS A LITTLE LONG BUT WORTH IT!
late July I walk onto VIP Autos lot looking for a particular Acura they had for sale. After doing several months of online research all over north and San Diego county. I was able to walk the lot freely to view the unlocked vehicles at my leisure. there were more high end vehicles that caught my eye once I had the opportunity to roam the premises. My first encounter was with Chris who asked if I need and assistance or want to test drive one of the cars? I said yes he took a picture of my driver’s license hand my the keys. I was now in a beautiful black on black super clean Acura. Twenty minutes later after trying all the buttons running through the gears on my own (if you know what I mean). I returned spoke to Reza on my trade in, he gave me a fair trade in value and with the no hassle price on the Acura it was a sweet deal for me! Chris and I started the paperwork 15 minutes later I was signing financial documents. Chris is knowledgeable, organized, focused on customer service the entire time we spoke. Know lets move forward to where this all gets good/​ugly right! Two and a half months later three issues arise all at once it seems. AC unit, paint, and a leak, all potential major problems for a car owner? All cars are car fax backed and I had a warranty as well. So I was very curious about the issues. Called Reza, he said bring it down and he will have his guy look it over. we scheduled a time and he looked it over had his mechanic look it over and said it will be a few days to figure out the problem of each issue. I have to extend my hand to Reza because he is a professional, he wants to make sure you understand the situation and are one hundred percent satisfied. he provide me a loaner car out of «good will» that alone saved me a few hundred $$$. three days later Reza and Chris called said the car was ready. VIP took the necessary time to diagnose the insulated problems. It wasn’t the AC unit but a relay switch (no charge), leak-​transmission bolt (no charge), paint touch up $ 95… total cost. Any other mechanic shop would have us for $ 2500.00 easy. i was quoted $ 550.00 for the paint job alone. Reza and his group of VIP’s take care of their customers from start to finish and continue to provide 5 star service. I look forward to purchasing my next luxury vehicle there.

I was waiting for my wife’s car to be serviced at Miramar H&A Auto next door to VIP MOTORS when the salesman Chris was opening up VIP Auto this Saturday morning. I wasn’t looking for a car, but asked him «What have you under 10k». He showed me a number of cars. I fell in love with this Mercedes CL 55 AMG. I took it for a test drive and came back and had Ken at H&A inspect it. He gave me a thumbs up on it. I negotiated a no hassle price with Chris and Paul at VIP. I was out of there in less than an hour. Usually it takes all day to buy a car.
I had them detail the car and talked with Ray (Resa). We talked car and what gas to use to keep the car best condition. Even Mercedes recommends Mobil. I drove off in my new «sexy» black beauty. Ray said if I ever had any problems to come see him. A few months later I had an issue develop with the very expensive front air shocks. I came back and saw Ray. He stood right up took control of the situation and got it repaired next door at my good friends place Miramar H&A Auto. No hassles. I paid some of the cost, but for the most part he took care of it all. I highly recommend VIP Auto. If you come to them, you’ve come to the right place — Integrity, Honesty, and Professionalism. They inspect their cars and take care of any issues before they put them on their lot for your review and purchase. They want you to be SAFE and want you to have a great car at a great price. As someone who has bought many cars throughout the years, I have an idea of what to expect at used car dealerships. Pushy salespeople, lots of exaggerations about how they are giving the car away and not making any money, how the car is the best car you can find in the world… So anyways, I saw an ad for a car I was searching, and immediately felt this was a upper scale dealership. the pictures looked great, the descriptions were detailed, and when I called to make sure the car was in available as many dealerships advertise cars that they no longer have, the car was in fact available. I spoke to a young man on the phone to make appointment and asked if I should request him and he surprisingly said anyone here can help me as they don’t work on commissions. I head down there next day and loved the fact that when I got there, there wasn’t someone immediately breathing down my neck and asking me what car I liked. A guy inside said hello and to let him know when I needed him or has a question. I could breathe. I looked over several cars and was impressed by the way they looked clean and healthy.
Long story short, I found the BMW I wanted, drove it, and loved it. The negotiation process was quick and to the point as I already knew the car price was good compared to others out there. Was financed and left with my car all under 1 hour. I still am amazed from the time I got there to when I left was less than 1 hour. That has never happened ever!!!
2 months later, I love my BMW. The DMV work was done fast, and accurately (I have had nightmares before).
These guys at VIP really treated me like a VIP (LOL). Great small dealership run by a bunch of family guys (their kids were watching baseball in waiting room).
They will definitely be my first stop the next time I need a car or need to refer a dealership.

Short: a great shopping experience with a fun story. Definitely recommended especially if you are looking for some quality used cars, and make some friends.
Long: my wife and I have been looking for a clean Audi TT MK1 for a while (we like the cuter looking of MK1, not so much love for the more aggressive MK2/​MK3). She found a very nice one at VIP under 50k miles and we went the next day. The time we saw the TT we fell in love. Paul was there and simply took a photocopy of my drivers license, and we were out for a test drive. I used to drive a 2002 Dodge Stratus RT and I simply had something with sport cars from that era — the engine sounds great (if not sexy) and car runs extremely smooth. Besides like other customers pointed out, unlike other dealers they provide you all the carfax records online so you can do sufficient homework before you go. I tried to haggle a bit but it didn’t work out well, as honestly their asking price is already very reasonable. Nevertheless, Paul gave me a discount, the next day I brought the money, Chris got all the paperwork done in a couple of hours, I got the key and wife and I were out for a spin. Everything was very great.
But the story didn’t end there. After a week of driving I noticed the car tend to like to go to the right on its own, and at high speeds the steering wheel vibrate more than I would expect. I was like shoot, did I got scammed? I took the car back and Reza offered free alignment and balancing, but the problem didn’t go away. I did my research online and the issue could be steering or axles, which could be expensive to repair. Reza went out for a test drive with me, and I thought just like all other sales guys he would just say: it’s a used car, it’s normal. kind of crap. Instead, he immediately recognized the problem and said he’s 99% sure it’s the tires. I was very skeptical, cause I can’t see anything wrong with the tires just from the appearance. Nevertheless, he assures me that he’s going to take care of it, and we replaced the all 4 wheels from another car. Guess what? The TT drives so smooth it’s like phenomenal. I literally almost dropped my jaw — I didn’t know the tires alone could make such a big difference it’s like night and day. Reza ordered 4 new quality tires to me, and got my car checked to make sure all safety features are working. He even lent me a car to drive around while my car is getting serviced. And everything is … FREE! And if you read the terms, these are not part of the warranty, and they went beyond to help me out. I literally just want to buy a drink for all of them. I drove my car to Temecula after the service and mpg increased about 20%, handling is superb, just because of the tires. Our hypothesis is that because the car was sitting for a bit, the tires turned oval… I called up Audi dealer before and they quote 150 $ just for diagnosis. I am pretty sure they will throw me a big bill for all kinds of steering and axle work. It’s been another week and the car has been running great. My wife and I couldn’t be happier.
Through the entire process Reza, Chris and Paul have been very down to earth. They never push you to buy anything extra stuff like warranties. Chris made sure that I have all the information about the purchase and I could make my own judgement fairly. Reza even offered to help me out with future services at good price. Be prepared that they are pretty firm on the selling price, but the other services you get from them are far more valuable. I definitely will shop there again, and recommend VIP Autos to my friends in the future.
P. S. A tip for used car buyers: used cars are not like new cars — they tend to have glitches here and there (well even some new cars have far worse issues). What’s important is when something doesn’t work well, how serious it is and can you find someone to help you out and get it fixed. Make right expectations when you make a purchase. Don’t panic and run to the dealership and yell at them when something doesn’t work — if you are being reasonable, I am confident that you will be treated back with respect as well.

Respectable business and professional people with excellent manners! No pressure. Highly recommended for quality cars. Paul and Rey will take care of you before, during and after (maintenance referral to help you save money) purchasing your vehicle. A +++. Thumbs up!

I bought a car for my wife a WV CC over the weekend. The sales team (Reza) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and provided us excellent communication.
The transaction and loan was handled by Paul and Chris without pointless haggling, they came up in with the right and fair price and we were able to shake hands on the deal in minutes.
They were friendly; genuinely care about customer service and making my experience as effortless as possible.

This is the place to go when looking for a QUALITY luxury used car. They offer a great selection of very carefully selected automobiles at very good price points; making this was one of the BEST car buying experience I have had. One of the nicest, no pressure and helpful dealers I have come across. Ray was open and honest without any «bait and switch» you find at many Used Car Dealerships. They want your return business and offer the vehicles, pricing and service that will get you back as well as providing them with referral business.
I purchase a BMW 750Li and I was concerned about potential repair bills in the future, Ray was great he told me he could assist me obtaining parts and service to minimize any repair cost down the road. I will be looking for a quality used car for my son and I’ll certainly be calling Ray. Respectable people running a good business I could not recommend them more highly!

So its been a while since we purchased the car and i’m still appreciative what VIP Auto’s service was like.
I’m usually against buying a brand new car because of the depreciation so I have purchased many used cars for myself and friends. I usually look for about 1 month and figure out the market values before i decide on one. However, with this last purchase i searched for 2 months before going to VIP autos to see if it was too good to be true.
Usually the price will vary greatly on the miles and condition of the car. But when I went to VIP autos the prices were on the lower end of the market and the condition of the cars were in better shape then dealerships that charged at the higher end of the market. It was surprising that such a place existed since I had seen so many dealerships (i drove from downtown LA). But i’m a believer now and VIP Auto will be the first place i will recommend my friends to go look at.
The person that helped us was Paul. He was very honest, friendly, and straight forward. We spoke about overall conditions. What typical things i look for when buying used cars. And usually the sales people make me feel like they are trying to hide something or make the cars more impressive then they are but he was very honest in his answers. There were times when i felt like he could of nickel and dimed me but he didn’t try any of it. I was so appreciative of not having to deal with what i experienced at other dealerships. The pricing was low and it was straight forward.
