Xclusive Motors

Traded in my 3 series BMW for a 5 series. Transaction was smooth but within a few days the infamous «check engine» light comes on and j just see dollar signs. I take it to «their» recommended tech. He says he has to order the part, never calls me to tell me it’s in? Two weeks later I take it in, he swaps out an 02 sensor and I’m good. Four weeks later, I had to call for my registration… I was told, «sorry I thought you were coming to pick it up». Five weeks later it arrives with only the year sticker, no month sticker so I called again. I was told, «check the truck and the plates are in there». Really? I was sent a text saying it would take two weeks for the extra plate and month sticker. I though ok. I bought the car in October and it’s now January and I’m in line at the DMV to do THEIR job. Now I have to surrender my only plate and pay $ 20 for a new set. Not gonna even bother to ask them for twenty bucks. Plus check engine light came back on. Should have just kept my car but oh well. Two stars for a clean 5 series and no stars for the attention to detail in your paper work process.

I have recently had such a wonderful experience with Xclusive Motors, that I was more than happy to go online and share my experience.
I was recently in search for a good car for my daughter’s first car. I did a search online and stumbled across a phenomenal find at Xclusive Motors. As soon as I saw the car, I was immediately attracted. The presentation was impressive, but when I began to compare the year, with the mileage, and the price, it seemed too good to be true.
I called Alan at Xclusive Motors and they were more than happy to accommodate my request to allow my son to come and test drive the vehicle, and to hold the car until I had a chance to fly down from N. California. When I arrived, the car was even better than I had hoped. It was a 2006 Toyota Camry Solara, with only 71.000 miles. The car was like a new car inside and out, and even smelled new. Even the engine looked pristine. And best of all, it drove like a dream — it was like driving a new car.
The service was amazingly friendly, easy, and simple. I was virtually done with all of the paperwork, and ready to drive out of the lot in less than an hour. I had to wait maybe five minutes for them to finish washing and waxing the car, that I had just purchased.
While I was waiting, it was obvious that my brand new 2006 Camry was in reality the lowest valued car on the lot. I couldn’t believe it — they had Cadillac, BMW, Porche, Mercedes Benz, Infiniti, Lexus Jaguar, Masarade, etc. Wow, what a selection — all were gems, and at killer prices! I couldn’t believe it — I was actually considering «trading up» before I even got out of the lot.
Xclusive Motors is one of those places that turn out to be a hidden treasure trove of value and service. Alan and Chris were great to work with. I would certainly recommend Xclusive Motors to anyone who is looking for the very best deal in a very good used car.

We did a lot of research online before we even stepped foot in this dealership. We compared tons of car dealerships in the Miramar/​Miramesa area. When we finally narrowed it down to two cars, based on price, mileage, car value, appearance etc, we were pleasantly surprised that they were both in this dealership.
As soon as we parked we were greeted by Chris. He saw I had my «booklet» of car print outs with the info on the two cars we were interested in. He gave us a little information about the cars and made some suggestions based on our budget. Chris made it so easy and stress free. Me and my husband test drove two cars in their lot. Both had a Carfax report on the dash so as my husband drove, I reviewed the paperwork. Their prices are absolutely fair. They base it almost completely on the KBB value of the car.
Once we decided on a car, we met Allen for financing. Very nice guy. He was very honest and informed us about our financing options. He was very patient and answered every one of my questions (I ask a lot of questions). He explained everything thoroughly, so we knew exactly what we were getting.
If you’re looking for pushy sales people, you’re not going to find them here. These guys are awesome! We will definitely be back to Xclusive Motors.

Just a bit of background on myself, I have purchased over a dozen cars over the years and in this day and age I use the internet and
to search for a vehicle. The process takes anywhere from a month to several months as I decide what options. color. mileage and of course price limits. I of course do national searches as I find this the best route to get what I really would like.
I was on the hunt for a Lincoln truck and this time I was at six months of searching. I found the truck here at Xclusive. According to the pics and info it looked like I had found my truck. Everything went very smoothly via phone and Chris and Allen were very professional, simply put they treated me like a valued customer and they understand «Customer Service» which seems like a dieing virtue in this day and age.

So I flew up from Austin TX and arrived at the dealership with no issues. The Truck was indeed as advertised and all the info was correct. They had mentioned it was a very clean truck and they were dead on.
The whole process was great and I wish I could go to them for every car I purchase but that is not realistic.
I would recommend Allen and the team to anyone and really wish more retailers had the same honesty, respect and true friendliness they have. I mentioned I would write a review and I will post it on Unilocal and Google as I do want anyone searching to know how great of a business they have built. Bad reviews are easy to get, it’s the good reviews that we all lack to list as we leave happy.

Chris and Allen were great to work with and made the car buying experience smooth and easy. Chris offered honest opinions about the car during the test drive and was well informed about the condition and history of the car I purchased. Allen handled the sale and negotiations. He was honest about what he could do with price and we quickly reached a fair price. Chris and Allen are great! They are mild mannered, calm and such gentlemen. They definitely lived up to a recommendation/​referral. Chris doesn’t pressure you at all. Allen is willing to sit and explain all the details of your loan to you so that you know exactly what you are paying/​financing for when you leave. They are very patient. I was really impressed with the condition of the cars, the way the shop is kept and how they conduct business. I love my car. its so cute and sporty and gets alot of looks. Mazda 3 Hatchback GT.

We just purchased a 2010 Honda Civic from Xclusive Motors and were very happy with the customer service that was provided. Chris was very helpful in getting the car all detailed and help get some windshield repair done as well. When we picked up the car it look brand new! Would recommend this place anytime

I visited about 8 dealerships and this was the only one where I felt completely comfortable. The selection is small but nearly all units were top quality highline brands — Jags, BMWs, Mercedes, Porsche. Allen, Ray & Chris all treated me great, in a relaxed and helpful manner. I went in to look at one specific car, which was parked right by the front door for me, but immediately fell in love with a different model and bought it the next day. If you are looking for a specific make & model, I believe they will try to find one for you. Highly recommended.

Chris and Allen, the owner, are friendly, non pushy and knowledgeable. They have a selection of very carefully picked automobiles and we found exactly what we were looking for at their meticulous dealership. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I was searching for a pre-​owned BMW in good condition. I look through auto trader and this dealership came up. I had been to several dealers in the past looking for a car and being a female and younger no one took me serious or took the time to sit with me and go over numbers, which made it hard to not know what to expect and how much to save etc. I recently went to Xclusive Motors, and from the moment I pulled up Allen and Ali greeted me with a big smile and was completely friendly and professional. He took the time to sit down and talk to me and ask me for my needs and what I was looking for. They were 100% honest with me throughout the whole process and didn’t try pressuring me into anything I was not ready for (like most car sales men do). Every car he took me to look at he explained it in full detail from safety features to a the extra gadgets on the inside. I was beyond grateful to learn so much about the car, no one has ever taken the time to do that. They are very professional and honest with me every step of the way. This makes me feel comfortable buying a car from Xclusive Motors because we all know how stressful car shopping is and he will make sure your experience at Xclusive Motors is very pleasant and stress free. This dealership is clean and family run. It’s a great stop when wanting to buy a luxury used vehicle. They do their homework, put some TLC in to each one, and sale some nice whips for a great price. Chris knows his stuff, and answers all questions with out hesitation. He tells you like it is. I dig a straight shooter!
Chris is not pushy at all, and knows his cars and his business well. They do a nice job with their inventory as it has grown, like they have. They will even keep an eye out for a car you may want, if they don’t have it. Nice customer service!
They seem to be expanding always which is a tale sign of good people, running a good business. Allen, does a thorough job at financing, is so professional, kind, patient and helpful. They make the whole experience quick and pain free. Not only do the have amazing customer service, but they know good mechanics. I use one name they gave me as my «go to guy» now for all service maintenance. They share referrals for services they may not offer, like installing TV’s in the head rest. Xclusive Motors has a relax vibe due to the people (and décor) which makes it feel like no pressure. These guys were a pleasure to do business with, and I will continue to refer friends and family here. Vroom. vroom…

I love this place!!! The day before I had the worst car buying experience I ever had in my whole life (that’s another review). Chris and Allen were great. No pressure, just very honest and helpful. If you’re thinking about purchasing a car, you have to come here first. They are simply the best. Next time I’m thinking about purchasing an other car, this will be the only place I go. Purchased an older C class Mercedes from this dealer a few months back. Happy with both the car and the purchase experience.
Sales folks were pleasant, no nonsense and no haggle (but the price being asked was fair). One small cosmetic issue was taken care of after a couple of emails.
Comparing this to buying a new Ford with the sales song and dance that goes on there then maybe I should be giving a 5^th star!

I recently stopped by this establishment to check out a few options. Overall the dealership is clean, nicely maintained and has a fair amount of polish. So to the particulars:
The highs. No pressure, Chris offered us keys and advice if requested but nothing else. He was a confident, no pressure salesman that had clear knowledge of the cars on his lot. They specialize on German and other luxury cars so the lot was full of high end motors. The cars on the lot provided something for those looking to get into late model luxury car for a decent price. They also had quite a number of cars to choose from. So many that they don’t have any customer parking…
The lows. You have to do your homework. These cars are not cheap to produce, not cheap new and not cheap to maintain. They are beautifully engineered so it takes a savvy buyer to pick out the particulars that are not so obvious while you are being impressed by glossy paint and a degreased engine bay. I am in no way saying that the folks here are trying to get over on you but I found a number of cars with a clean carfax in the window that had signs of paintwork as well. They didn’t shy away from any questions about paintwork and were very up front about any reconditioning done. Ask questions and be mindful of the fact that no one knows everything.
Over all, I found them to reputable and a dealership that I would purchase a car from. I didn’t this time as they didn’t have what I was looking for at this time but I will be keeping them in mind for the future.

Alan, One of the nicest, no pressure, helpful dealers I have come across. Went above and beyond helpful. Even after the purchase. Items I had found after the initial warranty I went back and with no haggle what so ever, said no problem we’ll take care of it. How many used car dealership do you know that do that.
