Linda W.

Business Owner

Managing Attorney, Linda Wagner has amassed vast experience working in the U.S. and International Business communities. Her focus is on providing outstanding service to corporations desiring to maintain or expand operations in the United States and abroad. Further, she handles a myriad of Immigration issues, specifically working with corporate clients hiring foreign nationals and U.S. companies transferring employees abroad. She also represents US companies with regard to a wide range of business issues. Ms. Wagner earned her BA in Communication from Michigan State University, attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Linda Wagner has authored numerous articles on Business law and Immigration law issues.
