This bank sucks no one knows how to do anything they can’t even set up a payment they made me late on my payments they transfer me around to each other no one has a clue what they are talking about take your head out of your ass fix the dam issue I’ve been a member for so long I cuz I’ll have to find a new bank because you guys aren’t cutting it any more p. s. Hire ppl that aren’t dumb asses and know how to talk to ppl

It was a debacle getting my accounts set up and fees were assessed despite being told they wouldn’t be.

Good:
They always have the bills in the denominations I need. Nice, new, and clean.
The teller women are usually pleasant.
Bad:
Know nothing yet know-​it-​all teller managers get nosey, see my account, and start spouting off about how I need to invest in their funds and make more money:
Their Income Plus Fund does around @ 5.2% gains on average since inception; however, they charge around .93% in fees/​expenses. Vanguard’s growth and income fund has done around 10% since inception with 13% to 18% gains in the past few years AND their maintenance fee is only .05% with .38% in total expenses. Completely blows Wellsfargo’s crap funds out of the water, but this idiot manager starts arguing with me about it. There’s nothing to argue about when it’s cold hard numbers.
So, to this Wellsfargo Branch:
1.) Stop being nosey
2.) You idiots don’t know what you’re talking about

This is BY FAR my favorite bank ever! All employees are so nice, helpful, and very attentive. Good location 5 minutes from my house. Never crowded. Door services, coffee, water. I love my bank Wells Fargo! This is is way better than 4s! I’ve never been disappointed at this bank I’m so glad I finally found a good bank :)

Trying to perform a wire transfer. Waiting for more than half an hour, and the bankers are just kept chatting/​selling to potential customers while keeping their customer (me) waiting. Super bad service here.

I love this branch, all of the employees here are amazingly helpful and kind, they always go the extra mile to ensure I get whatever I need. You really can’t do any better for you banking needs in the PQ area!

I’ve been inside the branch and the folks there are very nice and helpful, They are under corporate America so they aren’t as giving on loans, which I tried to get, even with a co-​signer with good credit and they said no. I know that the staff can only do so much and I was thankful for that. Alvin was wonderful and very helpful. Nice ATM’s and like that they have lots of locations.
