I would give a zero rating if I could. I’ve been waiting in line at the drive through for 10 minutes after ordering, and the line has not moved. Two days ago they messed up my order. No more Wendy’s for me.

Baked potatoes are really good here, fast service! Some of the girls who work here are crazy and not very nice but some are very nice(and normal). But I come here because their potatoes are really good.

My favorite part of Wendy’s lately is their Strawberry Lemonade! It’s absolutely Delicious! Not many places even have fresh lemonade let all let alone, yummy strawberry lemonade! But for real It’s just Wendy’s right!

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Super slow service. Forgot items. Just overall bad idea coming here. Avoid wasting your money and time.

Ordered a regular meal with coffee as my drink, went there for a refill before I left, kindly requested that if they could refill the small coffee cup with soda instead, and they said, —«NO» since I have only paid for coffee so I could only have that… oh well, you would figure coffee is more expensive than fountain sodas… nice try, but still got a NO! «Great» customer Service on that, and I guess they could save a lot of money that way by refusing this kind of outrageous requests, LOL!

You would think with the amount of people always standing around they could get orders right. I’ve been through the drive through once and had my order been correct. And they are extreamly rude!

First when I drove up to the drive thru I waited 7 minutes to order. Then I could not hear the guy who was taking the order ATALL! I had to ask him twice to speak up. I wasn’t greeted, nor given eye contact at the window. Andrew rushed to throw all my bags, credit card and receipt at me at the same time Upon driving away I checked my order and my burger for the kids order was missing. I had to circle back again tell the guy to speak up AGAIN… and tell them what was wrong! I got to the window, no apology from Andrew, the manager just gave me my bag. I asked him if he was the manager and he said yes, and just gave me a blank look while I was telling him that every time I come to this location my order is wrong. He didn’t offer me anything or say sorry. I asked if it was a franchise or corporate and he didn’t know! I hope you teach your managers the difference, teach them how to give better customer service and how to smile! Taking my butt to the one is 4S Ranch… they was WAY nicer! they greet you and they say thank you!

This Wendy’s is the worst one I’ve ever been in. Their service is just horrible! It’s like if they hire their employees with no people skills. Their drive thru is extremly slow they leave you waiting on the window instead of greeting you and taking your payment. They are very rude. It’s dirty and hard to find a clean table, I have to wipe the chili off the table myself before I eat with my family. I’m practically doing their job for them. I wish I could give this place no stars.

Wendy’s is good, although, some of this locations workers are sub-par(I won’t say all because there was a young lady with brown hair that was super kind and pleasant, give her a raise) I have been ignored in line, seen workers playing on their phones in the back while there is a line in the store. I have received annoyed sighs from the drive through attendant and then in the same sigh asked if I would rather have a coke(dead serious) and lastly a tall blonde fellow who was working the drive through in the evening was rude, just interacted with me like I was the cause of all the trouble in his life. #vanillafrostiesaredelicious

Kind of weird… I RARELY ever get Wendy’s… but THIS particular location has done some preeeeety fishy things… things which to me raise eyebrows. On four separate occasions(weeks and even months apart) when I visit this place after 10:00 pm… their credit card machines mysteriously stop working and they turn into a CASHONLY operation. Now… I would think if their credit card machine broke as often as it does they would have a pre-made sign that says the machines are down and they can hang it outside BEFORE people enter the drive thru to prevent people from getting sandwiched between two unsuspecting vehicles… I had to scramble for change in my purse and car to find some $$ to order something. But I realized today after arriving at the window, that these folks were in absolutely NORUSH to get us our food, despite having good enough staff in there to knock food out in just a few short minutes, WE(the people in front of me and myself) waited about 5 – 10 min for our food… I suspect that the night crew just wants to have a chill night now, and they pretend their CC machines are down so they can discourage people from ordering(the person behind me I noticed LEFT after he was told over the intercom that it was CASHONLY) soooo hmmmm… interesting… CASHONLY operation, a few disgruntled employees, late at night, SLOWSERVICE… I call shady business. Who is to say these peeps aren’t pulling the whool over the eyes of their employers every time they run the night shift? I am sorry but if your credit card machine consistently stops working every night between a particular hours, you should really get HQ to take a look at your location and address that«faulty» unreliable credit card machine… hmm…

Sitting in line for 20 mins for two waffle cones. Not cool. This place needs to really work on the drive thru services. I might just start going somewhere else.

first, this is the slowest wendys on the planet. I couldn’t believe I was actually at wendys with how long the line took. 2nd, we ordered a burger with lettuce wrap with no bun and it was on the screen and receipt and guess what, it came with the bun and my daughter is allergic. wendys is by far my favorite fast food but this is the worst wendys ever.

They’re always very friendly at the drive-thru, and speedy! Food is always fresh and delicious. Fries are pretty salty, but not as bad as other Wendy’s I’ve been to. I’ve never had a bad experience here, will definitely keep coming back :)

I work around here so whenever I need a quick bite to eat this is where I come. I always get the chili because I believe it is the«healthiest» item they have on their menu. The workers here are generally friendly

Oh crap, it’s been so long since I’ve Unilocal’ed!!! Dear Wendy’s. You were my sustenance during the summer of 2006. You are the place that has fond memories of my parents taking me to your concord location and feeding us frosties and chili. You are the place that was one of my favorite fast food joints. What happened!!! This location is clean and fairly up to date looking. So why 3 stars? I’d almost say their staff doesn’t know what they’re doing, but that’d be too mean and unfair to them. In all, the Wendy’s is standard fair. What sets each location apart is ease of access, quality of presentation, and cleanliness. This place fails the first two. I got my order and was shorted a chicken nugget and the chili I ordered was slopped all over the cup and only 2⁄3 full. I know they never fill it up full but still! Maybe the SOP is one ladle, well you know what? I would like that one ladle to fit into the cup. I do have to give them credit though. After seeing the chili, I counted the nuggets in front of the guy by dumping them on the tray. Since i was shorted, I asked the guy, «Dude shouldn’t it come with one more?» he gave me a couple more. Kudo’s to that guy. Would I go back? Yes. I really like Wendy’s and it’s close to home so why not? TL:DR — Wendy’s, not the best but still good.
