Best night crew because of Brian Lopez. He’s the real mvp and stuck through our complicated order and had a great attitude even when it was 3am. Great customer service from him and was on top of his game even late at night.

Late night crew is hands down the best crew. Any night. It doesn’t matter. They take pride in their work and make you want to return. I will drive out of my way for this location!

I would give it 5 stars but jack in the box doesn’t use Apple pay. Every fast food joint that I’ve been to uses it for convenience except them. Other than that a tip I would give is to save the receipts and do the surveys because they are easy and you get two tacos free

Recently returned back here for a quick bite. They still give you the option of ordering with a worker or at a kiosk. They still have a soda machine in which you can choose your own flavor. They still have the serve your own condiments area. Restaurant is clean. Bathroom is clean. I went here on a Friday with the intention of getting a fish filet. I figured there would be a special on the fish sandwiches on a Friday during lent. The worker didn’t know about the promo when we asked how much it was. He just pointed to the sign and said 2.49. When he rang it up, it was actually 1.49.

I ordered my food special, I have a hatred for mayonnaise(Don’t Judge :-) My Jumbo Jack was supposed to be limited to only Ketchup and Mustard. The man operating the drive through confirmed if my order was correct. When I got the sandwich there was Mayo all over it. I took one bite and through it away in disgust and now I must go hungry the rest of the day or buy a second meal from the cafeteria at work. There was only 1 thing that would have caused me to write such a poor review and sadly my burger was covered in it.

Decent fast food joint. An upgrade from the ones that I’ve been in, it has a machine you can order from, for those that are techie. Although, the kid today that used it seemed a little confused. Ended up just ordering from the counter. Also I like their soda machines. Its like the ones you find at the movie theater, they even have ginger-ale. Love that they give you thast as an option, since I don’t really drink all sugary drinks. Also food was served in a basket. It made me feel like I was eating at a diner. Only down side they don’t have Wi-Fi.Really?

Came to this restaurant for a quick bite to eat. Brought the kids here after their soccer game at the YMCA field next door. Someone had mopped the floor with WAY too much water and didn’t put out a warning sign that the floor was wet. My daughter falls and starts crying. I called the manager over and he just didn’t do too much rather than see if my daughter was ok and trying to help her. They just kept asking, «do you want us to file a report?» NO hey can I give your daughter an ice cream. NO checking on my daughter. With non caring people like this I doubt they put much care into their food.

This jack in the box is clean and has good service in the drive thru and the inside. Would clean the restrooms.

I’ve been going to this for years, definitely has improved after their renovation. 24 hour drive thru and 24 hour walk in – good on the weekends when you wanna sit down and eat and sober up after a hard night of clubbing! Their new self served machines make it easy to order and you don’t really have to talk to a cashier anymore – really convenient. And now they serve the food in a nice little basket rather then wrapped on a tray! I’m definitely a repeated customer!

It’s Jack in the Box. Assuming you go here, I assume there isn’t any question about whether you like the food. Therefore, this rating pertains to the customer service. The customer service here is tops in the shopping center that it occupies. McDonald’s, El Pollo Loco, Taco Bell, etc., simply pale in comparison when it comes to customer service. The employees at this Jack in the Box take their customer service seriously. I’ve never had anything other than friendliness and smiles. If it’s a toss up between McDonald’s(or any other fast food restaurant in this area) and Jack in the Box, JITB gets the nod because of the superior customer service.

Not open this morning when I went out for a quick breakfast. Guy out front with a mop and bucket and a bunch of signs that looked hazmat-like. What’s up?

Smaller location, but very fast. Never had any bad experiences with them, been at least ten times over the last couple years.

As far as Jack in the Boxs go, this is as good as you can get. Open 24/7, looks very nice. Never had a bad experience there, plus if the line’s long there’s an electronic kiosk right there to take your order.

Y’know, to be honest, the chain has stepped up it’s game the last 10 years. It used to be the bane of most fast food franchises, it was a step below Del Taco and about level with a dirty, greasy taco truck. These days, interiors are modern, chic, spotless and resemble the kitchens of most Tuscan-themed trac homes in the most affluent neighborhoods(Scripps Ranch per se). Service is fast, friendly, concise and efficient, almost In-N-Out level but not as youthful nor overly-enthusiastic, especially at the drive-thru. The offerings are filling, value priced, not overly seasoned and they hit the spot without leaving you having to hit the ATM afterwards. Of all the fast food joints in Snob Ranch, this joint covers all the bases and even asks for feedback at the end, «How was your service?» Smiling at the cute girl at the drive-thru window, «Is this a trick question?» :)

This is one of the nicest Jack In The Box restaurants. It’s always clean and the employees are nice, availability of the self serve kiosk machines, it never seems to be really busy and they make your order fresh to go. Sure it’s not gourmet food, but you can get items on the cheap like two tacos for a dollar or a Jumbo Jack for relatively cheap.

Stopped by this Jack in the Box for late lunch /early dinner. Nice modern and clean interior, with a vaulted ceiling to make this JitB a bit different. We ordered our food and waited. and waited. The place wasn’t very busy in the dining room, but it felt like we waited an inordinate amount of time for our food. I got a Chicken Fajita Pita. It was ok — maybe the chicken was a little overcooked, and it didn’t come with the little salsa cup that it usually does. I used the self-serve dispenser of taco sauce. Not the same, but it worked. My wife got the Mini Buffalo Chicken burgers, which were their regular goodness. The only reason we stopped by this location was that we were in the neighborhood. Longer than usual wait and lack of the salsa for the fajita pita drop it to 3 stars. By staring at the various Jack décor(based off of the Jack in the Box commercials from the past few years), I realized that they no longer serve the chicken ciabatta sandwiches(or any ciabatta sandwiches). Those were good — i really liked them. and now i know why i have to hunt around for something to eat off the menu — they aren’t around anymore :(

Why 5 stars? It’s just Jack in the Box, right? Sometimes you want 2 tacos… not real shredded beef tacos, but yes, mystery meat tacos! Sometimes all you got is the change under the couch cushions and the ashtray, and where else can you get a full freakin meal? They do some pretty fancy stuff with liquid nacho cheese. So why do I like this one so much? They’re fast, they’re friendly, and they always get the shit right! (Ah, the simple things.)
