It’s hard to find people who actually know what their talking about when it comes supplements and fitness tips, so I was kind of blown away by all of the knowledge that Kevin had and all of tips he was able to give me for exactly what i needed to do in the gym AND outside of the gym. I’d definitely come back to this gnc and recommend it to anyone.

I came in and I met the guy who was said to be «unknowledgeable» and I can kinda see what other reviewers were coming from. When I walked in I was getting off work and didn’t want to really be bothered, so I found that this guy giving me my space, nice, I was looking up products online with my phone because I wanted to see what the forums I visit rate them. I also didn’t want to hear any salesmen pitch. it was quick and easy and I was able to move on with my slow pace, the guy with the beard told me as he saw I had my phone out that he would match prices online so I quickly found a large chain retailer who had it on sale and showed him and purchased a pre workout mix at a good price, happy I went home opened and tried it but there was no scooper, I dumped all the powder out onto a fresh piece of paper (a few papers) and searched to no avail, I had a mini scooper but I was definitely using a serving to small and not wanting to take too much I returned to this particular GNC the guy and I chatted and we found that a second jar of mix had a scooper while this one didn’t, he switched it out for me quickly and I was on my way, the company who made the pre workout made a mistake and this guy fixed it, knowledgeable? I don’t know I didn’t really ask him anything but as for service I personally felt content, I will say though it is a small store, that did not have as much stuff as a larger store would

Stopped by today to look for some supplements, there was no one on the floor to help me out. I heard them talking on the phone in the back room but they didn’t even peak their head out to say hello or let me know that they would be with me as soon as they were off the phone (which I hope was a business call or else that is the epitome of worst customer service ever). After looking around and making final decisions of what I wanted to get, there still was no one around to ring me up. After that I decided to just leave without buying anything. Ended up going to the one located in Azusa/​Covina, at least there I was greeted right away, and bought a grip load of supps; I’ll be going over there from now on.

The staff is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone in the store. On top of that, I can’t say I’ve ever paid full price for what I was looking for (meaning there’s always a promotion). Great place for all your health needs!

i’v been to many GNC but this was one was the worst. This one guy with a beard wasnt helpful at all i asked him questions and he had no answer, the one thing he would say was idk try it out. Wasnt knowledgeable at all. ill never go back
