Scottrade

I have called 3 times waited over 20 minutes to talk with someone about why my deposit in my account early yesterday was not deposited in my account as promised. I walked the deposit in myself yesterday. I have gone to this branch countless times and each time there are 2 or 3 people working and no customers there and yet I can not get someone to answer the phone at 1:20 in the afternoon. Looks like they left for a long lunch. I am now on the 4^th call and I have waited another 10 minutes and I have been transferred to the national number again. Still on the national number I hear the recording about how great Scottrade is and how much they care about your call. This company no better than any other company that ships your call overseas and actually worse because the call is here and less than 4 miles away and still no answer! Last year I went in to ask for help on some old stock certificates they did nothing but pass it off on me and told me to contact the companies. Still no answer. Giving up.
