Been coming here since ever. Best place ever, don’t be afraid to tell them ur prescription is too strong because you’ll be stuck with it! I love these people, best candy jar ever

It is with great sadness that I write this review. My family have been patients of Dr. Garrett for the last 25 years. This year they have discontinued billing to medical insurance, which I understand. The changes in medical insurance have made it difficult for small business owners. I get it. I found this out when I needed to refill a prescription for a drug that controls the pressure in my eyes so that I won’t go blind. When the pharmacy called for refill it was denied. I received a call from the office advising me that my options were to come in and pay cash for my visit or to get a referral to another doctor which would take time. I had already been without my medication for more than a week. I challenged the courteous and embarrassed young lady who called me, and she listened to my concerns and promised that she would return my call. A week later and no call. Did I mention that I have known Dr. Garrett for 25 years, and have faithfully supported his business referring friends and family. I am in complete dismay at this turn of events, and Now know that it’s not about taking care of your patients, it’s all about the dollar. Sad, just plain sad…

Been with these guys for years. Great doctors. Great opticians. I have had a couple of doctors (Pritchard, Wolport — who are both gone and Dr. Garrett) but so far all the doctors I have had are good at their job. I’m back with Dr. Garrett who is wonderful. It’s his practice and he makes sure everyone is well taken care of.

Only coming back for the good frames! The Staff improved the from last time!

My family and myself have been with this office for a few years. We have gone through a few of the doctors (Pritchard, Walport)…our current doctor, Dr. Garratt, is very easy going, friendly and helpful. He answers all questions and explains what he is doing. Staff is pleasant, helpful and always available. I feel comfortable about my children coming here as well.

I understand how insurance works and it was the fact you miss informed me and being a college student I was not planning on the difference in the deductible which Is why I called three times to make sure what I would be paying the day I came in. instead of honoring your mistake your staff proceeded to yell at me and talk down on me it amazes me how I give you a review and then you want to be nice to me and the fact that dr garret and the other dr herd how I was being spoken and did nothing just goes to show what kind of place your office really is it makes sense why the place goes through so many different Drs

Ive been going to this office for years. I started off with Dr. Garratt who is very nice, personable and was able to answer all of my questions. Then, I guess the practice grew larger and I became a patient of Dr Pritchard (who is no longer there). Now, I am a patient of the newer Dr Walpoort. She too seems very knowledgable when answering all my questions, and she seems to be very thorough as well. The staff is always friendly and polite, the office and equipment are clean and well-​kept. The only complaint I have is that they can be a little expensive.
