I contacted Abel @ Custom Kitchen Counters, Inc. on a Saturday afternoon as we were remodeling a small kitchenette at my work and wanted a new quartz counter tops. He came out the following week to take measurements and provide an estimate. By far, he was very reasonably priced and his choices of quartz colors were very nice. We placed a deposit for the counter tops and I had advised him we were waiting for our cabinets to arrive and I would contact him when we were ready for the installation. Once our cabinets arrived and were installed, I contacted Abel and advised him we wanted to make some changes to the size of counter tops. He was extremely accommodating and he came out to Santa Monica from the San Fernando Valley to do it without any hesitation.
We eventually scheduled our installation date and time and he called me day of to confirm he was coming and actually arrived earlier than stated. It took less than 2 hours for him to complete the installation and needless to say, we are very pleased with the result of his work. I would recommend Abel and Custom Kitchen Counters, Inc. to anyone who is needs new counter tops for their home or office.

I have been doing business with Abel for two years and during this time I had replaced four kitchen counters with granite and quartz. The work on the installation is outstanding and the price to have it done it is one of the low cost in the San Fernando Valley. Personally I will continue doing business with them because their integrity.

I called 4 different contractors before getting one that would come to Juniper Hills. Abel and his crew came up that day to measure, then when the granite I thought I’d bought from a local supplier was actually sold to someone else, Abel recommended 4 others to use. After speaking with a supplier, who sent me photos, a slab was agreed on, Abel picked it up, fabricated it, and his crew actually came a few days earlier than originally planned, got it done in one day, and my bathroom remodel looks fabulous!

I registered for Unilocal just to share my experience with you Unilocalers after a great experience with Custonm Kitchen Counters Inc. After getting quotes from four different contractors I chose Abel (Owner and Operator of Custom Kitchen Counters) after seeing his portfolio. He is indeed competitive with his pricing but that does not mean you sacrifice quality. He was quick to come by my house and take measurements and give me a quote. He and his brother installed the counter tops in one day. I changed my mind as to how I wanted my bar to appear and he was quick to come out to fix the issue even after the install was done for no fee. He WILL take care of you. If you want a quality, efficient, peace of mind install of counter tops, give Abel a call!

Avel and his crew have handled multiple projects over the years for our former residence in Oak Park. We have never been disappointed. Construction remodeling is an art and science. Avel is highly professional at both skills. He anticipates problems beforehand, uses excellent installation materials and is conscientious of debris clean-​up everyday he and his crew are on-​site. This is a follow-​up to my review of 3 weeks ago. As usually happens, once a contractor leaves, we found a few issues, nothing major, but annoying. I left a message for Abel, detailing the issues. He returned my call on a Sunday, unheard of for a contractor, and scheduled his crew to come back out to resolve all outstanding issues. This is after he was paid in full. All issues are now resolved. His followup, once the job was completed, says a lot, and says it well!

After getting a few estimates from other counter installers, I had to go with Custom Kitchen Counters. Not only was their estimate very competitive but he had all the right things you look for in a business, Abel was very professional from the first visit. Excellent service and quality work. Abel came out to our house the day we called with lots of samples. We decided to go with a Quartz countertop and he was able to deliver and install in 3 business days! The countertop was an island about 25 sq ft and looks amazing! I am very satisfied and will definitely call him again when I’m ready for my total kitchen remodel.

After searching for a reliable quality tile company that would totally remodel our kitchen (after a small fire) and install new granite to our detailed specifications, I found Custom Kitchen Counters. I was referred to them by a large tile store. Abel Bonilla (the owner) came himself to measure and discuss scope of work.
Not only was Custom Kitchen Counters very compatible in their cost, Abel and his crew were very easy and accommodating to work with. Abel even met us a Lowes to measure the new gas range we were putting in.
The work was exactly what we asked for and it was completed on time. We were pleased.
