Thanks Tanya and Marc for taking such great care of me! I messed up some ppwk for my lease and Tonya jumped right in to be sure all was made right with just one phone call. She took care of everything… really great customer service. In my line of work I come across a lot of insurance agents, Marc and his team are some of the most professional, attentive, understanding and helpful by far.

SUCKS! SUCKS! SUCKS! SUCKS!
This is the WORST insurance company EVER! I got rear ended and pushed into another car while sitting STOPPED, and State Farm did NOT stick up for me at ALL! They said they couldn’t go up against Mercury because they’d never win, and that Mercury is relentless (which is what I was HOPING that State Farm would be for ME, but NO!!!) They just told me to get an attorney. I now have to pay a Doctor a TON of money, my credit is getting screwed up, AND I have a herniated disc from all this, and I’m in DAILY PAIN… NICE!
Well, all I can say is THANK YOU State Farm! You’re a GREAT f~ing neighbor!
I was a long time LOYAL CUSTOMER, and all you did in return was make my life HELL… THANX Marc!
AND…the UN-​professionalism is AMAZING in that office!!!
