My favorite of Deans Limo’s: The white stretch w/​jacuzzi and suicide doors. He’s amazing

Wish I had the same experience.
I scheduled the 20-​person Hummer which was talked about in the previous review — and we had it set up over two weeks in advance. I get a call at 11:00am the day of the event, and guess what: the limo didn’t pass the safety inspection that morning.
I was offered a 10-​person stretch, but was told that nothing else was available. I quickly scheduled two towncars with another company (which we had to squeeze five people each into) to cover the 10 person deficit.
At about 5:15, when I spoke to Dean again, go figure — he stated that we had no way to get the 10 person stretch either. 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup and he backs out. Said his «other driver» wasn’t answering his cell, so he had no way to send over the 10 person stretch (which earlier in the day he said he would be driving). That left me with 10 more people to find cars for with 45 minutes to spare.
I was able to get four towncars to pick us up, but that was an experience that I will always remember. I’ll be booking with a real company next time, not a person who is unreliable and unprofessional.
If you find this guy driving around the city though, I’m sure he would give a great ride at a decent price — I’ll just never schedule anything with him again, and recommend that others follow the same advice. Almost ruined our Senior Prom.
