In 2012, I decided to try out window cleaning on my own with the set of skills I have accumulated over the years. A Sparkling is by far the best! I called them and within an hour they stopped by, provided a quote. A few hours later as promised they completed cleaning my deck, walls, windows and outdoor furniture. These guys were great. Serge was very responsive, and came out quickly to give an estimate of a gutter cleaning project on our 4-​unit, 4-​story building in San Francisco. His estimate was reasonable, such that I didn’t need to get a second.
We were able to schedule the work quickly. His guys arrived on time, were very respectful and thorough, and finished as planned. This was true even though there ended up being a lot more debris than expected due to a large, overgrown bush that needed to be trimmed back on the roof of our carport. After something like 15 – 20 bags of debris were gathered, the team also hauled this stuff away for a reasonable, additional cost so I didn’t have to deal with it myself. The team also coordinated with our neighbors, to make sure clearing the debris didn’t leave a mess in their yard.
One of my neighbors even emailed me a week after the job was done to complain about some debris she felt came from my roof, and Serge sent his team BACK out to my building on a day’s notice to clean out her yard, too. Excellent service! Communication with Serge (usually via text) was easy and quick. I highly recommend these guys!

I needed my rain gutters cleared and my windows cleaned. Serge came out the same day I called, took a look and gave me a price comparable to others.
The guys arrived on time and got to work on the gutters first. They also cleaned all my windows, inside and out. Removed all the screens, cleaned them and replaced broken screen corners. They cleaned all window sills and tracks. They worked straight through lunch, cleaned up after themselves and left my house looking spotless.
I would definitely use them again, and have already recommended them to a neighbor. Manny was in charge of the crew and did a fantastic job.

Great customer service: Serge walked right over from brunch with his wife to give us an estimate on Sunday morning! We had to book far in advance, since they’re so busy. Their team was friendly, professional, and fast. They were attentive to detail and made a special effort to prevent any further damage to one window with old and failing seals. The screens were cleaned very well, too!

Serge is the best! To say he went above and beyond
Is an understatement. We had a complicated ask (clean our exterior stainless steel siding) and he was able to polish it up beautifully, even though he had never dealt with that material before. All our windows were perfect as well. We also had some extra jobs and he helped us do it ourselves instead of «overpaying him for it» which is ridiculously nice and just not the type of business you see too often these days.

This was our first professional washing since having new double-​pane Windows installed throughout our home two years ago. Serge gave us a decent estimate and he and his crew arrived acceptably early on the agreed date. They were all quite personable but, more importantly, their work was thorough and the results were impeccable.
Serge called the next day to check and see how things looked to us as the bright morning sun hit our largest Windows. We know that if anything was wrong, he would have come back to make it right.
There wasn’t.
We’ll be calling Serge next time.

Working with Serge and his team could not have been any greater. Not only was the finished product remarkable, his service was 5 star. He was quick to answer the phone with any question I had and to schedule a consult. He came by the house same day as my call to look it over (4 floors plus skylights) and gave us a fair estimate. They came fully prepared including booties for inside the house. The prep was careful and through for both inside and outside of the house. Although his team worked diligently, the job took a couple hours extra to complete which he and his team showed up for the next morning and honored his original estimate!!! I highly recommend him for any job. His attention to detail and prompt communication could not be more appreciated! We have already referred Serge to 3 of our friends and neighbors and are looking forward to working with him in the future.

I give Serge and his crew 4.75 stars. We’d definitely hire them, again. We hired them for window washing and power washing.
Serge was easy to work out a price, outbidding all his competitors even if other companies threw counter-​offers. Then for the date we setup, I had to push it back. That was very easy to do with him as we did it over text.
On the day of service, the window washer, Max, arrived over 15 minutes early, and got started right away. Just before the designated time, Serge and Wakim showed up to do the power washing. The power washing went on from 8:30a — 2:30p and the men did a beautiful job. The window washing was more complicated than they anticipated so Max ended up staying until 4:30p to finish everything. The house is a 3 bed, 2 bath, upper, 1 MIL suite n the back, to give you an idea of house versus time.
The only things I’d note are that some of our lawn furniture and plants were dirty post-​job. If we noticed during, we would have said something and they surely would have cleaned them off. The other issue was a screen was installed with a foot long rip by Max during washing. I called Serge and he had Max take it that night then install in the next day looking brand new, so it was resolved ASAP, but Max never told us about the tear. We had to discover it on our own. Serge also brought up a few times that he wasn’t pleased about the windows being more work than what he thought they were. However, he didn’t change the estimate.
So, we’d definitely use them again for our power washing and window washing needs. They’re very detail-​orientated and proud of the work. You’ll be happy, too.

This review is LONG overdue for the wonderful work that Serge and Victor accomplished on my older 1920’s building. Our condo needed a serious scrub and thank goodness Serge was here to deliver. From the get go, he was extremely responsive/​communicative (even coming the same day I called him as we’re practically neighbors), courteous, and extremely fairly priced. In addition to being fully pressur washed on 3 sides, the building has a ton of older, fragile windows and balconies, all of which were expertly navigated by Sparkling Finish.
On top of that, the project was done very efficiently from a timing perspective (1 full day), the clean-​up was impeccable, and most importantly, the building truly shines. I’ve uploaded a photo to show the finished product.
Speaking on behalf of my building, we all highly recommend him and will be using his services again in the future! Thank you, Serge and Victor.

WE ARE THRILLED!
We live in a 3 story, mostly glass house on Russian Hill. After interviewing 3 window washing companies we chose Serge and team and we are so happy with our decision. Not only were they $ 600 less than one of the other companies I met with, Juliam & Fabio did EXCELLENT work – both inside and out – they were extremely safe (they had to repel from the roof), and incredibly conscientious: they placed ladders on pads, wore shoe booties, etc. They also cleaned all the spider webs on the entire exterior of the house, which were many. I am very detail oriented, and placed strategic lip-​stick marks on some of the (indoor) windows that are quite difficult to acces. All the lip-​stick was gone. This is a quality team, and we will be seeing them on a yearly basis from now on.
