Christian and his crew came today and did an amazing job on our windows. We live in a third floor top flat with lots of windows. He and the crew were courteous, quick and good at what they do. The price was right too. It’s great looking out of our windows and seeing clearly. I highly recommend SF Bay Window Cleaning!

Really wonderful service in every respect. I got a timely call-​back from Pedro, who came over to give an estimate and is very nice, thorough and efficient. His estimate was reasonable — especially since our windows were filthy and the sills had not been cleaned for years. He returned with his crew and did a fantastic job — he’d estimated 3 hours, but they stayed 4.5 hours with no extra charge, to get the job done properly and included 2 high windows in a bathroom that we had not looked at for the estimate. The crew were very polite, careful and clean — wore plastic over their shoes indoors and laid down moving rugs to avoid leaving any mess. Our house is SO much brighter now, it’s amazing. They are the best.

Great service overall. Used these guys to clean the windows on my old apartment complex and it made a huuuge difference. Not only does the outside of the building look a lot better, but the lighting inside is improved greatly as well. The fact that they were able to come out the next day after calling them really pushed these guys to a five star rating for me.
Fast, affordable, and professional; SF Bay Window is the real deal.

We had an awesome experience with these guys. We called and spoke to Pedro and he cam out a couple days later, looked around and gave us a reasonable quote to pressure wash our entire building as well as clean all our windows. They just finished up the job and everything looks so clean. They got all the icky green stuff off of everything and the windows are spotless with no streaks. I wish I knew of these guys years ago — will use these guys regularly in the future.

My neighbor was getting his window cleaned so I ask for a business card and an estimate. They quoted a excellent price and said they could actually do the windows now. I was ecstatic! They washed the inside, outside and the screens. I could not be any happier with the work. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Christian and his crew. Not only was he was the least expensive of the three estimates that I received, he responded to me right away and was able to do the job when I needed him the following week. He and his crew showed up on time and completed the project on time.
My two unit Victorian building was filthy. It hadn’t been cleaned since 2008. I’m selling one of my units so it was necessary to have it done even with the drought. I was afraid of the water usage but Christian reassured me that they don’t waste water. He was correct. They used very little water and did an excellent job.

Excellent work. I appreciated Christian’s flexibility to schedule an estimate and the job. Due to an unforeseen conflict, I was unable to be there in person but he offered to provide a quote by taking a look at our house. Christian and his crew came and cleaned 10 windows, french doors and skylight in like 15 minutes. Meticulous work, and very reasonable rates. He insisted on a walkthrough before I paid. I didn’t realize they also power wash so I’ll have to note this for the future.

Christian and his team were very professional. The job before ours had taken longer than they had expected and he called several times to update us on when they would be arriving. They did an excellent job! We knew our windows were dirty but not how dirty until they were perfectly clean, inside and out! They even cleaned the screens and the window sills. We have a lot of windows including an interior courtyard and they cleaned every one! We will definitely recommend SF Bay Window Cleaning to our neighbors and friends and will call them when it is time to have the windows cleaned again!

After realizing how dirty our apartment windows were, I went on Unilocal to find a highly-​rated window cleaning company. After making a few phone calls to different places I spoke with Christian, of SF Bay Window Cleaning. He was friendly, professional, and had a last-​minute cancellation so he could fit our apartment in his schedule in just 3 days. The day of the appointment he arrived on-​time, with two crew members and our windows have never looked so great! Bonus: He was charged almost half the cost of other companies I spoke to and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his company and the level of work they provide.

I had a scheduling problem and needed to schedule something on short notice to power wash the outside of my house. Christian answered the phone immediately and was over within the hour to give me an estimate and came by 4 days later to do the work. I hired Christian, of San Francisco Bay Window Cleaning, to power wash the front of my parents’ Edwardian House.
Of the six estimates that I got for the project, Christian’s was by far the least expensive — less than HALF what some of the other companies wanted to charge.
Christian’s work was very good. He was able to remove five years worth of dirt and grime and make most of the graffiti that was on the front of the house almost disappear.
I would recommend San Francisco Bay Window Cleaning to anybody seeking to have their house power washed.

These windows have not been washed in years. It’s a third floor flat and the windows are about 30 – 40 feet above street level. We’ve never used professional window washers and were skeptical that anyone would be able to to do the job without costing us an arm and a leg. Well, we were pleasantly surprised. SF Bay Windows came at the appointed time with four people and tall ladders, and completed the job in an hour. The windows are sparkling – probably the cleanest they’ve every been. The price was reasonable, and we were so please with the results that we gave them a bonus. We’ll be using them again.
