Had a wonderful experience working with this company. I called to get a quote for a wallet I wanted to make. Price was fair and so I decided to proceed. So glad that I did! Woman I worked with was very thorough and asked lots of questions to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Everyone I communicated and worked with was polite, professional, and prompt and the end result was VERY high quality and exceeded my expectations! Cannot recommend them enough.

I called to get a quote on some items and I got a man saying that he will tell the lady that makes all the adjustments to call me. Time passes and she never called me. So, I gave them a call. Some lady picked up and as I was explaining my situation she hung up on me. I am on a landline. I called back multiple times and received the answering machine. They haven’t ever called
