Im surprised that there aren’t more reviewers here. I have called on Andrew to help me or my clients out on occasions when the stakes were as high as the emotions. When I need a real estate related issue handled with the utmost of professionalism and expertise, I will call on Mr. Wiegal for his stewardship. He’s a closer. He establishes a position on the case and does not let up until the result is a ruling in favor. I would strongly recommend Mr. Wiegal for any real estate related issue but especially for contract law, (non) disclosure items, and landlord tenant issues.

I was first introduced to Andrew back in 1990 when he was brought in to address a commercial tenant issue for the owner of a property I was managing. Another firm had failed miserably and the case had drug on for over a year at that point.
Andrew took over and was able to get things resolved in a matter of weeks with an acceptable outcome.
Over the years he became my attorney and has been invaluable as an attorney, friend and mentor. Cannot recommend him enough.
