The face of the business
I don’t know Dr.Loukas. I have never used his services, and after talking to his secretary, never will. I called this office because a family member asked me to help him find some information about his appointment with Dr. Loukas. The secretary never called back, even after numerous messages were left. When i finally spoke to her she was very rude and hung up on me because, in her words, I was helping a patient on Medi-​Cal, not one with private insurance. An hour after my conversation with the secretary, i got a very angry call from a person who wouldn’t identify himself and who said he had received a complaint about himself (a complaint i never filed) from Denti-​Cal and called the doctor’s office, where the secretary willingly gave out my personal information to a complete stranger who then called to yell at me, for reasons unknown. When i called the office again to ask Dr. Loukas’s secretary about who she was giving my number and why, she informed me that the person who called me «would not hurt anyone» and hung up on me.
I don’t know, maybe Dr. Loukas is a fantastic and talented doctor, but his secretary, the face of his business, is rude, ineffective, wantonly gives out confidential information and on the whole is the sole reason i will never use Dr. Loukas myself.
