I enjoying helping people overcome injuries, pain, and physical limitations. Better posture and athletic performance are possible for those with and without an injury.

Andrew has been extremely helpful in getting rid of my chronic and acute back pain. He is very knowledgeable about how the body works or should work and uses only gentle manipulations. Andrew is the only person who thoroughly examined me and worked his way down to the root of my pain issue (and I have seen neurologists, orthopedists, chiropractors and physical and massage therapists before with no lasting positive effect). Important part of his healing strategy in my case was finding how I use certain muscles incorrectly (over or under-​use different muscles) and then teaching me to control these muscles properly. He would design specific exercises to help me with this process. I highly recommend Andrew to anyone.
