Dr. Lila and her team at Connection Chiropractic are truly the best of the best! I have gone to multiple different chiropractors over the years only to get temporary relief. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Lila and received NUCCA Chiropractic Care that I finally got lasting results. I had chronic headaches and regular migraines since elementary school along with a whole bunch of regular discomforts and nerve pain. Dr. Lila took very specific x-​rays of my spine and it was immediately clear that I had been suffering from scoliosis all my life. Even though I had gone to so many different Chiropractors none had ever noticed my condition as they just immediately started popping and cracking my body. I love the care and attention to detail that NUCCA Chiropractic Care provides because all the subtitles of the spine and how that effects the nervous system are addressed. After my very first adjustment I immediately felt relief from my nerve pain and right away my headaches and migraines subsided. I have been seeing Dr. Lila for over a year now and it is rare that I even get a headache, I cannot recall the last time I took any pain medication!
My favorite part about NUCCA Chiropractic care is that it encourages the concept that our bodies can heal themselves and as a patient I find that extremely empowering. Dr. Lila performs an adjustment and my body gets busy healing and changing shape so I can hold my alignments longer. I also find that my body responds to this type of NUCCA adjustment much better as it is gentle and there is no anxiety or anticipation about hearing my body pop and crack as I did with a traditional Chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Lila is big on educating you about what is going on and always has time to answer any and all of my questions. She helped me realize that Chiropractic care is not just about making adjustments to the spine, but that since the spine houses the spinal cord, my whole nervous system is being treated and improved each time I get adjusted. As my body has healed I have noticed an improvement in the way I feel all the way around. I have rarely gotten sick, I sleep better, my stamina increased, and the list goes on!
Dr. Lila also brought on a massage therapist who is phenomenal! I find her massages to be extremely effective with breaking up scar tissue and undoing long held muscle tension and pain. I leave a massage feeling rejuvenated and I find that I have a lasting larger range of motion in my joints afterwards. Receiving this type of massage in conjunction with the NUCCA Chiropractic care has been an integral part of my healing.

I only wish I had met Dr. Lila sooner as my life has been positively changed. She is a truly wonderful and positive person who is genuinely passionate about making people feel better. If I could give Dr Lila 6 stars I would.
I am a patient with chronic issues (herniated C5/​C6 and Bicep Tendinitis), well, I used to be before Dr Lila. I also an not a fan of normal chiropractic, the cracking, yanking, harsh movements to «adjust» the body. I’ve never felt that was necessary and my body is important to me.
NUCCA is a non aggressive way, but highly affective way of working WITH the body to heal itself from the top down. Logical right? Upper cervical care delivers profound healing effects and does not «spot» treat. as Dr Lila has taught me as she does all of her patents, the boy is interconnected and must be treated as such. I value her transparency and communication.

I value professionals who not only are highly competent at what they do, but explain what they are doing. I deserve to know as it is my body. She is very well versed in not only NUCCA, but is well educated on the other areas of chiropractic and honors all disciplines and is more than happy to explain the differences. Honest. Transparent.

She Delivers Results:
I injured my shoulder over 4 years ago and could not raise my arm up over my head for weeks, it was painful and would send shocking pain down my arm and back. After seeing Dr Lila for a little over a year, my arm is TRULY back to normal. I have had no issues, I resume all athletics I was participating in before and could not be happier. My C5/​C6 herniation has grown stronger and I have more mobility in my entire back and less tingling in my fingers.
I cannot say enough about Dr Lila and her practice. I would recommend exploring her practice, I believe everyone deserves a chance to experience such a powerful doctor.

I entered Dr. Lila’s care as a wellness– and fitness-​focused patient. I’m in my mid-​twenties and run, bike, swim, and do yoga regularly … and knew I wanted to do so as long as possible! This is my first Unilocal review ever. I just wanted to thank publicly for Dr. Lila’s help and announce to the world how great my treatment with her was/​is. She is a true healer.
Although she spent the first appt taking x rays and explaining them to me and going over the cause of my pain, I don’t really remember all the specifications of my initial problem. Just that i was in a lot of pain. I know that my overall health improved so much since I started seeing Dr Lila! On my very first adjustment I could feel how powerful the treatment would be because within a couple minutes I had the most excruciating migraine that went away a few minutes later. Now it’s been more than six months and I hardly ever have a migraine. It was not the initial reason I looked for her but it ended being even better than I expected. I feel stronger and I have more energy to work and study and that makes me feel ready to take any challenges ahead.
I dont have any insurance and I pay out of pocket but I feel like every dollar spent is so worth it. I feel like this treatment is an investment that is reflecting on all areas in my life.

Not your usual chiropractic but really identifying where the problem starts and hitting it directly with a very soft procedure. I’ve been seeing Lila over a year now and my pain from 15 years of skateboarding has dramatically decreased. Lila has a very positive energy and the office is always decorated with local art. I have had various kinds of chiropractic care for over 30 years. While the treatments worked it was nothing compared to the Nucca treatments that I receive from Dr. Lila. I was not only skeptical but also frightened. Dr. Lila was very understanding. We went slowly and, now, I am a believer. In the course of the last 2 months, I have much more energy, clear thinking and my neck and back have so much less pain. I always thought I had a short leg and now I am walking straight. Dr. Lila, instead of making band aid style maneuvers of snap, crackle and pop, goes to the root of the problem with NUCCA. The science of this chiropractic method makes absolute sense to me and after the first 2 meetings:

Although I have been under chiropractic care for years, Connection Chiropractic was my first experience with NUCCA, which gently and specifically works on the topmost part of the neck. Despite the upper cervical focus, I’ve learned firsthand that this sort of care affects my entire body. Issues with my shoulders and arms are improving, as are issues related to breaking my leg in a car accident. Even better, since I started NUCCA care, the difference in my emotional and cognitive behavior is VERY improved.

I’ll admit I was a skeptic, but Dr. Lila and NUCCA care have made a huge difference in wellbeing for me. I’d been dealing with chronic back and neck pain for 10 + years, which was always «managed» but never really improved long-​term through physical therapy, massage, medication, acupuncture and chiropractic care. My job requires me to be on my feet, sometimes bent over a table doing tiny technical work– I would come home miserable and in pain, and nothing was really working– I had resigned myself to «this is what 30 feels like». I have been under chiropractic care since I was 16 and feel like I have tried every type of chiropractor and Dr. Lila rocked my world. The adjustment was extremely gentle and yet I immediately felt results. The chronic back pain I have had for years continues to improve with her care.

Suffering from TN since 2012 the increasing pain episodes would make even leaving my own house impossible. I was able to talk openly to Lila from the very beginning about what treatments, medications and other medical records I had in my pursuit to over come this TN BEAST. That has been described as among the most painful conditions known to humankind. We back tracked an incident of a fall when partying to much at a music festival. The preliminary X-​rays that Dr. Lila took showed a fractured bone in my neck and my over all alignment was extremely off. All the procedures of the Gentle NUCCA care were discussed and questions were more than encourage. The professionalism of Dr. Lila was second to none and she had to reassure me that this treatment was going to be effective as I did have my reservations based on other medical advice and personal readings on TN.
From my first adjustment I had results! My TN was in full force and the pain episodes were regular and the intensity was very high. The first adjustment immediately broke the cycle of pain and felt like my head had been put back on straight. It was an emotional moment and Lila was there for me at that time. From that point my adjustments were twice weekly for a month and the TN pain had returned even more intense than before. Extra reassurance and personal support from Dr. Lila help me through this time as I was doubtful that the adjustment had worked at all and had returned to my pain filled place.
Only a another month of minor adjustments (as I was holding well) and more personal support my pain slowly stopped and has not returned. My old life was given back to me. Words can’t describe the relieve and the feeling of being pain free. Not only being pain free my hearing improved, over all posture was way better and digestion and over all health was back to like I was 22 years old. So Stoked!!!

Dr. Lila is a true professional. I went to see her to help me with my migranes and tension headaches. After meeting with her I had some other issues in my body that she has been helping me with in addition to the headaches and miganes. After seeing Dr. Lila the pain in my back has almost disappeared and has improved dramatically. I am not getting tension headaches anymore. In the past I had headaches pretty often and as much as 3 – 4 times a week. I am now holding my allignment which is Great. I hightly reccomend that you try Dr. LIla. I have tried many professionals in health and wellness industry like because I struggled with back pain for many years and had major sciatica issues with mobility limitations and constant discomfort till the point of siting or standing or laying down was miserable. So let me start out by saying that I really am skeptical of chiropractors– the neck popping freaks me out (too many movies where they kill people by snapping their necks! Eeek!) anyways— I do however have a job that tends to be quite hard on my back — as a dental hygienist, I spend my whole day contorting my body and leaning over people, trying my best to make things comfortable for my patients and not really thinking about the health of my own body.
I tried hard to find outlets, working out 6x week, massages 2x month, midday stretching… But back just wasn’t happy.
When my fingers started going numb while working I knew I needed to do something else– I saw a basic Chiro– he popped me like crazy and told me I’d need to come 3x week for this:(I even got a low grade headache right after that lasted almost a week!!:(but I knew I needed to do something now before it got worse and I really started having pain.

Being a aerial performer my body is constantly under stress and fatigue. I thought that was one of the «perks» of the job.
