I’m a bit like a modern-​day faerie godmother — my practice is intuitive and eclectic and I am deeply passionate about helping support my clients in creating lives and relationships beyond their wildest dreams!

My background is in Transpersonal Psychotherapy, and in a quest to provide the deepest service of life-​transformation for my clients, I’ve also trained in Conscious Love Coaching with Gay and Katie Hendricks, NLP at NLP Marin, EFT with Sonya Sophia, and various shamanic healing modalities. My approach blends the depth of therapy with the growth and empowerment orientation of coaching, and the magic of NLP and energy work.

I help people reprogram their unconscious, clearing traumas and limiting beliefs, so that they can create the lives and relationships of their dreams, with more peace and happiness and LOVE than they previously thought possible.

Established in 2008.

Helping people to connect is my soul’s calling and I feel blessed to be doing this work.

I help individuals connect to their hearts and to that quiet, persistent voice that keeps whispering to them about what they really want for their life.

I help couples open their hearts to each other, and nurture a vibrantly fulfilling connection that allows for each person’s vulnerable feelings and intimate truth to be valued and supported. I view the presenting «problem» as a guide to pointing our attention to an inherent solution, that when bravely faced, is the first step on a conscious and loving growth path.
