I hit my foot really badly while biking, couldn’t walk and was really worried. Dr Basso was super friendly and helpful. He did an X-​ray right away to make sure I didn’t break anything. Fortunately, everything was fine, I just had a bit of inflammation. He treated it with ultrasound and prescribed some medicines. He calmed me down at the vey beginning (I am the kind of person who always panicking if something happens but he managed to deal with that). Very attentive service. It’s been a week since my visit so far and my foot is almost brand new.

I’ve been going to Dr. Basso since 1965. Yes, I’m that old. Go to no one else. Dr. Basso is the best. Ever. Also, although I’ve aged he hasn’t. Life is unfair.

I have been going to Dr. Basso’s office for more than 40 years. Yes 40+ years. Dr. Basso has treated a lot of different problems during his years of experience. My first visit was due to a bad fall where I had hit toenails on both feet during the weekend. I was lucky he took me in right away on Monday. There were already signs of blood poisoning due to bacteria under the nails. He skillfully removed injured nails (no pain) and even noticed that I needed oxygen that his nurse brought promptly to avoid me fainting. I have gone to see him ever since because I’m hard on my feet with sports, dancing, and high heels. At my age, my feet are in great shape.
Then, my son has flat feet. This caused him problems with walking, running, and tripping. Dr. Basso built him custom insoles for his shoes and now he is doing fine.

Came here to get custom insoles, He wanted me to come back often for treatments for foot pain. The insoles are okay sometimes I can’t tell if they are working because my feet kind of suck. He’s a great guy and everyone here is nice. I took one star away because I ended up getting bills for every office visit down the road and it was really expensive. I honestly didn’t know I was being charged a co-​pay every week because the bills came all at once. I’d recommend asking to pay co-​pay if it’s needed at time of service otherwise they sort of hit you all at once. Otherwise he’s great showed me how to tape my feet if they get bad and I bought some gel ointment that works well too.

I’ve just been to Dr. Basso about a potentially ingrown toenail, and he did a great job of treating that nail carefully, cutting the others correctly and advising me. He’s a nurturing, gentle man who cuts the toenails of every octogenarian in town. They all love him, and with reason.

Dr. Basso is a the best foot doctor I have ever had. His concern about his patients is real and palpable. His knowledge is so extensive and he stays on top of all new trends and treatments. The other review refers to the whirlpool session patients have before he sees them. Sure it it is nice but it is also very hygienic for the doctor to work on clean feet. Amazed more foot doctors don’t make this part of their practice.
He is not quick to cut, inject and has good instincts about the root of the problem. He is patient and motivated to see he clients improve.

Dr. Basso is very friendly and personable. Yes, most of the patients here are old enough to be my grandparents but I came here when I was having trouble with an ingrown nail on my big toe. He fixed my nail and I’ve never had trouble again. And I LOVE the whirlpool footbath you’re treated to when you come here.
I have not been here in years, but the last time I was here was when my son hurt his foot at school. Dr. Basso is around the corner from my house and he was able to see my son and x-​ray his foot for us. He had a partial break and Dr. Basso was able to treat him and take care of all our follow-​up visits. It made it much easier for me and my son to be able to go somewhere so close, and my son looked forward to the whirlpool every visit.
I would definitely come back if needed.
