Charged $ 675 tell me they could not unclog the drain, They never even tried snaking it, just said the whole line had to be replaced, and were eager to do it. Felt they simply wanted to get that job and not fix my immediate problem. Unprofessional, would not recommend them.

They are overpriced and nickel and dime you to death. I am furious. i WAS quoted one price, then HE dropped the price after I told him no. Later, he started changing his prices on me. He wanted to charge me for every part, because he dropped his price and that would have come out more expensive than his initial quote. I was furious. I will never ever use them again. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

These guys are so overpriced it is ridiculous. They must find a few suckers who pay. They came out to my house to look at clogged bathtub and two other small things. They quoted $ 750. Needless to say I was stunned and amazed at their audacity. I asked them their hourly rate. They say they quote by the job, not the hours and this would take between 2 – 6 hours. Anyway, I didn’t accept.
Today I called Atlas Plumbing. They came out, fixed everything for $ 365, and the entire job took 45 minutes (so I likely overpaid them). But $ 365 is sure a lot better than what these crooks quoted.
Highly recommend you get other quotes and only use these guys if you have more money than you need.

I would give Bell more stars if it weren’t for the price. They had a $ 10 off coupon in the yellow pages and I called them on a night that I’d been sick with the stomach flu and my toilet stopped working. I’ve had other plumbers, such as O’Grady come out and do the job for about $ 70 so it didn’t occur to me that it would cost and arm and leg. Bell wanted $ 175. I live in the marina and they were fast but I don’t like being taken advantage of. It took the plumber less than 5 minutes to clear the toilet. He said it was just toilet paper so that gives you an idea of the difficulty of the job. If I’d had another toilet to use, I would have waited. I learned a valuable lesson… ask about the price when you call!

These guys came to my 4-​year-​old apartment and told me it would cost $ 975 to put in a replacement faucet. Then they sent me a bill for $ 75.
They didn’t inform me of this policy. And they didin’t do any work. After several unpleasant phone calls, I was able to speak to the manager of the office who seemed rehearsed in the response to my complaint. They removed the charge.
Nevertheless, I would not recommend them due to their business practices and their pricing. The $ 975 estimate for the replacement faucet was overpriced.
