Finally a jewelry store that specializes in color gemstones without the pretentiousness and snobbery of a blue box store or the phony folksy guy on the radio commercials. True to its name, it is elegant California casual. Let me begin by saying my wife loves jewelry. This place is like no jewelry store we have ever been in, I can only call it intimate, sophisticated and fun without the high price tags. When my wife met Mariel and her daughter Denise (the owners) they immediately bonded. She said «They are women who design and create what women want to wear — most stores want to tell me what I should wear». What my wife liked the most is their quality — like solid gold bands (they also make Platinum bands), a truly custom design (she wanted the center stone set in a certain way so the light would make it sparkle) and a one-​of-​a-​kind real sapphire and diamond set for our 25^th anniversary. We were there for over an hour laughing and designing! They even had champagne chilling — they are great people. When she finished she knew exactly what they were going to make for her. When it arrived it was even more beautiful than we imagined, it was spectacular. My wife is so happy I can’t describe how much she loves her new rings. Thanks so much Mariel more than you will ever know. PS. They are in a very cool 1920s art deco building that’s between Westfield and Walgreens on Market Street near the BART exit across from the Cable Car turnaround on Powell and Market. We took BART in the first time and parked in the 5^th and Mission garage the next time.

I chose my custom ring from this beautiful team of ladies. I always knew I didnt want a diamond (too main-​stream! ugh) for my center stone, but i also didnt want something too radical. I chose a pink morganite with rose gold and small diamonds on the size and it is absolutely stunning! I get three compliments a day on my beautiful wedding ring! When I sat down with Mariel I was ready with my pen and paper to design something unique. I found myself completey in love with a custom design that she had already created!
