Caroline Scott is hands down the best agent you are ever going to have. Period. Even though my other half was not a novice when it comes to home purchases, Caroline patiently answered my millions of questions and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on throughout the process. After seven offers, we finally had one accepted, and Caroline helped us smoothly navigate that daunting reality as well.
If the above is not enough, here’s more: Caroline is thorough, always responsive, and relentless when it comes to getting all the information you want, need, and even the stuff you don’t know you need. She also stays in constant communication with the selling agent to make sure everything is on track.
People are surprised when we describe our experience buying a home in a time where the average place gets 10+ offers, because it doesn’t match the usual horror stories people come to expect. The main reason why we had such a positive experience is that Caroline just cares more about her clients, and that is what differentiates her from the rest of the realtors out there.
