Sarah was a huge help in looking for homes in the Bay Area. My husband and I were not exactly sure what we were looking for and sarah helped us narrow down the neighborhoods. She is super easy to get along with and talk to and really knows a lot about the market in San Francisco. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Sarah is down to earth and easy to work with. She is knowledgable about San Francisco and being a native she introduced me to areas unknown to me. She took the time to sit with me and asked me various questions to get a feel for what my style preferences were. She sent me pictures of homes that were catered to my style, but also sent me pictures that she thought I may be interested in because of the location/​price. She also managed my expectations about what I could afford. Sarah never pressured me into buying a place for her benefit but made me feel that she put my interests before her own. Sarah was responsive to emails and all types of communication which made the process less stressful. Sarah went out of her way to work around my crazy schedule with a smile on her face. I recommend using Sarah as an agent to anyone looking to buy in San Francisco.

Sarah made my buying experience quick, easy, and painless. I know from from being a San Francisco native how difficult this market can be to purchase. So I came into this process without any expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how knowledgeable Sarah was with San Francisco, as well as with the bay area market. She was very thorough, diligent, and extremely receptive to my needs and what I was looking for in a home. Sarah quickly targeted properties that met my requirements and price range. I was in contract on the very first offer submitted within the first month of searching for homes. Amazing! I was extremely pleased with level of service Sarah provided as well as the overall process. I recommend Sarah to all my family and friends as well as anyone in the market to buy or sell.

Sarah was an excellent resource for my husband and me as we attempted to navigate the Bay Area real estate market. Anyone who lives here and is trying to buy a home knows that the process is so very frustrating, however Sarah made the whole house hunting experience a delight. Right off the bat we met with her over a glass of wine to discuss what we were looking for in a home. From there, she was quick and thorough at returning our (vast amounts of) questions and took the time to send us specific listings that were genuinely tailored to our interests. If there was ever an open house we couldn’t attend, she would set up a separate showing with the listing agent and meet us at the house during the week – and this was for locations all over the Bay. Being totally new to buying in SF, we were so grateful to have met Sarah who put our minds at ease and held our hands through the process.
