Description

Specialties

We are an architectural practice specializing in housing in the San Francisco Bay Area. Particular housing types include high end residential, apartment buildings, renovations, and assisted living congregate facilities. Our approach is a traditional one that recognizes the past with an eye on the future for our clients. We are licensed to practice in the state of California.

History

Established in 1998.

After many years of practice with some of the finest offices in the United States, Mr. Carlin launched his own practice in San Francisco with a focus on the nine county Bay Area region. Utilizing a traditional approach to design, dozens of housing projects have been completed with a mix of both built and unbuilt efforts. Today, we recognize the need to improve older structures with the latest in building technology without neglecting cultural and historical patterns in urban and suburban environments.
