Massage for all body types catered to your specific or general needs. I deal with complex to simple muscle strains, and perform specific bodywork depending on what the concern may be; strive to promote uprightness in the human posture, looseness, range of mobility and tension relief.

History

Established in 2008.

Chris is a Certified Massage Therapist Advanced Practitioner specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, Shiatsu and Sports Massage. He is also a member of Advanced Bodywork & Massage Professionals.

Courses in Human Anatomy and Physiology have intensified his knowledge of the human, and deepened his understanding of the structural relationships within the body. Chris is currently exploring other movement therapies, such as Rolfing and Thai Massage, to integrate movement principles and structural manipulation.

Studies in world theology, the practice of Meditation and Yoga, as well as a profound understanding of the mind-​body connection enable him to create unique, holistic healing strategies.

Chris’s parents and family, all givers of massage, passed the tradition down to him as a youth. The fulfillment he experienced in both receiving and performing bodywork led him to a full-​time career as a Massage Therapist.

A Lifetime of physical endurance activity including marathons, triathlons, cycling tours, tennis, swimming and surfing the Pacific Coast and Sumatra led him to bodywork, first as a recipient, later as a student and giver.
