I found this «company» on Craigslist, and couldn’t be more unhappy with it. I hired him to build a chain link «cat enclosure», and he left the top open. I mean really! Google cat if you need to, but don’t they jump? He refused to add a top without charging more. He left loose wires everywhere, it is ready to fall over. And it is nailed to the side of the house! I paid over $ 2000 for this? I only paid him because he looked so sketchy, and he obviously knows where I live.
If you see this «professional» coming, run the other way.
