A few months ago I was searching
for a course that would help to connect to women better and to improve my dating experience. I found that my work with them has allowed me to grow as a person and improved my romantic connections significantly.
Like anything in life you get out of it what you put in, and I feel that I have gained significantly from what I have learned in their courses.

Please do not waste your time going to these events (and save a lot of money by doing so)
Their talks and parties are designed as marketing sessions, Landmark style, since they are ex-​landmark speakers, the only difference is that at the end of their overly rehearsed talk these guys serve lots of cheap alcohol to persuade potential customers to commit to a seminar of this nature and price on the spot.
I admitted that I was not entirely clearheaded when I signed the contract at the end of the event, I was almost sure I was going to be traveling on all their dates, I explained that at the moment, but they kept pushing, Landmark style. Next day Alicia couldn’t care less about my reasons and kept repeating some of the lame excuses other members mention here in Unilocal and other reviews, cheap psychology quotes they seem to use all the time from what I read on the web. I wish I have done more research before wasting my money there.
So, I couldn’t take the class because of my traveling schedule as I thought, and after their response, I really changed my mind about having anything to do with people like this.
But they kept the money anyways! what a waste.
I believe it is important to warn people about going to these misleading events, specially the ones involving alcohol where they urge people to sign their papers at the end when they cannot think clearly.
It is not fair to push people like this while under the influence of the high alcohol by volume cheap wine they serve at these sessions, I guess it is not entirely illegal to do this in California and other scammers use the same technique to sell bad, overpriced products like theirs, but people should know in advance and be more informed about this situation, before wasting their time and money in such miserable way.

I signed up for the Pleasure Course not having any expectations. I had been single for the past year and thought the course could help me transition back into the dating game.
I took the ‘Intro to the Pleasure Course’ in December.
This review is based on my own experiences. I found the teachings on the whole to be pretty basic, for someone like me who has been to an Ashram and taken Yoga Teacher qualifications I found the spiritual portion (Day1) to pretty superficial and lacking in real substance. Now, I can see how for someone ‘new’ to spirituality this might be sufficient but it didn’t hit a chord for me.
In all, even the relationship advice and suggested practices didn’t resonate with me at all. Especially Day 3 was odd. It seemed that Erwan was loosing his cool and even got personal with some of the participants, who had asked a seemingly innocuous question.
I kept and open mind and discovered nothing new. Good to know where I stand in relation to some of these types of courses offered, I just wish I could’ve learned that without wasting my time and money… ces’t la vie.

What a waste of money! We told them what we wanted out of the course and they said yes we’re in the right place. Once we were in the weekend course we find out that actually we have to pay them even more money to take another class to get what we came for and in the mean time we need to sit through classes that cover things like «how to meet people.» Feels like bait and switch. They should have just been honest up front. Super shady.

4.5 Years have gone by since I wrote my review. Time for an update. My wife and I took the Pleasure Course together in 2009. As I mentioned in my original review, we had a great experience including several major openings and breakthroughs in our relationship. When we finished the weekend, I felt that the Pleasure Course also had given us a «road map» to an ongoing deepening of our connection and the fun in our relationship. I can now report that the road map works! Instead of growing more distant or disconnecting from each other through the years, my wife and I have gotten ever closer and more deeply in love. And the «heat» and fun in our relationship has INCREASED, not decreased. Wow. Now it is true that we «hedged our bet» somewhat in that we continued to work with Erwan and Alicia for 5 years in one of the graduate programs they offer. That said, I know that people can get a great deal of value out of the Pleasure Course all by itself — because I was one such person, having taken the Pleasure Course solo several years ago. But for my wife and me, after doing the Pleasure Course together, we really wanted the ongoing guidance the graduate program offered as we applied the concepts from the Pleasure Course to our daily lives. Recently, we’ve found the concepts and practices that Erwan and Alicia teach absolutely invaluable as we navigated the tricky terrain of possible parenthood, work/​life balance including a job change, sensuality and spirituality. The material and methods they teach really get to the heart of the matter in these and other important areas. As for their teaching style — it strikes the right balance between supportive spaciousness on the one hand and incisively honest directness on the other. Just what you want from high quality teachers. Both my wife and I are very glad and grateful that we spent the past several years working with Erwan and Alicia. I have no doubt that we’ll return for more at some point.

I’ve been working with Erwan and Alicia for over 4 years and I couldn’t imagine my life without their support and guidance. I’ve learned so much about myself and am having so much fun dating and flirting and relating with men.
My confidence level in approaching men I’m attracted to has never been better. I’m able to be clear about my desires in situations with men. I continue to learn about my relationship patterns that don’t serve me and I am given tons of support and guidance to shift those patterns.
The coaching is honest and loving and always with my specific personal goals in mind. I am not ashamed about my turn-​on and desire for sex. I’m shifting my avoidance patterns and learning to not take negative interactions with men so personally.
Over time, both Erwan and Alicia have seen behaviors that don’t work for me and lovingly point them out. I’m so thankful to have such things brought to light.
For me I know I am getting closer and closer to the person I want to be in the Ewan Davon Teachings programs like the Pleasure Course, Mastery of Relationship and the Paradise Vacation Course. They are all deeply fulfilling.

My boyfriend and I attended EDT’s The Pleasure Course in November of last year. The leaders are funny, engaging, and supportive. The people in the community are kind and open hearted.
I’ve found lessons taught in EDT are practical and easy to implement. I was surprised at how simple and effective some of the communication techniques are – communication cycle, for example.
Through implementing the teachings and having deeper conversations, my boyfriend and I have grown closer and have a newfound appreciation for growing together in a relationship.
The courses are pricey, but worth it. I recommend it for people who are looking to take their love life to the next level.

I worked with Erwan and Alicia for one year in the Oracle, after completing The Pleasure Course, and I can honestly say that in the past year my love and sex life has completely turned around. When I went in I was quite stuck in the areas of dating men and deep sexual/​intimate connection after leaving a traumatizing relationship. Now I am in what feels like the most healthy, smooth, loving and authentic relationship of my life, and having great sex. I can see their concept of «The Eternal Date» and «Soulmate Relationship» as a reality. Although I had also been active in various types of transformational work and workshops and inner work, I give these two credit in teaching me many valuable skills. Such as how to express my femininity more powerfully in the dance of masculine/​feminine polarity, attraction skills, turnon skills, how to receive pleasure and have more plentiful orgasms, communication skills, and maybe most of all, feeling and vulnerability.
Erwan’s clear and concise teachings of psychology, inquiry, inner spiritual work, and exercises helped to move me along on path to my goals, and Alicia’s social nature helped me feel taken care of. She’s great at responding to texts, emails, etc. They offer some support, advice and coaching (to an extent, until it seems you need to purchase another program like Sensuality Expansion) throughout the year, which I appreciated.
All in all I recommend this duo. There *is* something ungenuine or somewhat creepy about their presence that I felt the entire time, which prevented me from trusting them fully (especially Erwan) but I focused on the benefit I was gaining by being a part of the community and learning useful skills. One must be smart to keep a strong hold on their own values, energy field, and individual thinking, and be clear and willing to do your part in growth and development.

I am updating my review because both Alicia and Erwan have reached out to me recently to make amends. While I would have preferred this had happened earlier, I’m very pleased that they finally came around. Their willingness to apologize after so long shows real character and, while I’m not going to retract my earlier reviews, I want to make a note of this for people that might have steered clear based on my reviews.
I believe that people can change and I feel that this recent gesture of reconciliation speaks well of both Erwan and Alicia. In a recent conversation with Alicia I learned of the personal work that both of them are doing and this is also encouraging. This fact coupled with their recent effort to reach out to me suggests to me a change of heart and attitude and a new found humility.
I think all of this bodes well for the future of their organization and I encourage you to check out one of their free intro events.

My wife and I took the Pleasure Course in 2008 and then reviewed it in 2013. Interesting to read some of the negative reviews. I think that any time you’re confronted with the reality of life it can get a bit uncomfortable, that’s when you know you need to stay in the moment and ride what ever reaction you are experiencing out to the end. My wife and I experienced a lof of this in the course and we are eternally grateful that we got to do it in an expertly guided environment.

The Pleasure Course is for people who want to experience freedom from the bonds of failed or dysfunctional relationships patterns. The Course helps you to see your «Relationship Blue Print» essentially the patterns that keep you from experiencing true pleasure and freedom in all your relationships, not just intimate.
I feel much more freedom and have so many more skills and insights into true intimate relationship as a result. The course was a big contribution to my marriage in so many ways.
No other course like it. I am grateful for the enlightenment. Sign up and go you won’t regret it.

I did the Pleasure course last year, it was fabulous and am currently in one of the advanced courses. I love Erwan, Alicia and their work. The community is a lovely group of people and I enjoy the weekly classes, such a rich conversation. I highly recommend these teachings to bring a new level of pleasure and fun into your life !

It’s a little over two years since my last review, and I wanted to share that we just got engaged! My fiancé and I have been working with Erwan and Alicia in advanced programs since we took the course over three years ago, and it’s been just what we needed. I’ve never been in a relationship anywhere near this long, let alone one that is so satisfying and rich. Even during stressful times (i.e. right now as I’m trying to figure out my career), we’re able to keep the chemistry alive. Our heart-​to-​heart connection is just incredible, and it keeps getting deeper and more profound. We can completely be ourselves with each other, and the sex is mind-​blowing.
It hasn’t been easy getting this intimate, though. One of the most important things I learned and experienced in these courses is how we as human beings get more and more defensive the closer we get with someone. I have had to move through all sorts of crazy fears and emotions at different times during these 3.5 years — sometimes feeling trapped, sometimes feeling superior, sometimes feeling worthless. Before doing these courses I would have just decided that there was something wrong with her or with the relationship, and that would be the end of it. Now I can own these feelings as just part of my psychology (they’re actually not related to her at all), and communicate openly and lovingly. «Hey, I’ve been feeling really closed off lately. How are you doing?» This always results in renewed love and connection with her, and lots of snuggling.
In short, the Pleasure Course and other programs work amazingly well, both right away and over time. As Erwan and Alicia continue to refine and evolve them, they keep getting better and better, and so does my relationship.

Erwan Davon is the real deal!
I was chatting with a friend about the myriad other workshops and courses he’d taken. «They all offer something valuable,» he said, «but only Erwan truly puts it all together.» He’s right. What really distinguishes Erwan and Alicia’s teachings is that relationships and sexuality are considered within the context of one’s complete life – physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.
One way to understand Erwan’s teachings is to understand the structure of the introductory course, the Pleasure Course (PC). The first day of this intense, three-​day workshop is spent diving deep into your «relationship blueprint.» I’ve a great deal of such work, but the depth and sensitivity of Erwan and Alicia’s approach helped me to go deeper than I ever had before. The second day is all about relationships, from pick-​up to an «eternal date” – the holy grail of relationships in which things keep getting better and better. And the third day is all about sex, including the secrets to extended orgasm. Nothing is held back in this course, and the course is profound enough to create lasting change.
(One small caveat: I found the Sunday afternoon session of the PC difficult because of what I perceived as hard sell to take advanced courses. I understand that Erwan and Alicia need to make a living, and as a community member I want the community to thrive. I simply feel that they could achieve this in a more graceful way. Part of what made it hard for me was that I was taken by surprise, which is why I’m mentioning it here.)
I did end up signing up for a continuing weekly class, both because I wanted continued structure and because I really really liked the people I’d be joining. For some of my fellow PC participants, change was immediate and dramatic. For me, I plateaued a bit after the PC, but perseverance pays off and I’ve been experiencing major shifts in the past month or two. I feel confident around women in a way I never have, and am finally comfortable approaching women at social events and even in public. I’ve gotten some numbers and some dates and finally (FINALLY!!!) have what can be called an active dating life. I have every confidence that my expertise will continue to grow, my relationships will continue to deepen, and that I will soon be embarking on that elusive eternal date. Thank you Erwan and Alicia!
Erwan and Alicia Davon have changed my life dramatically for the better. If you’re ready to move past the barriers keeping you from having fabulous, turned-​on relationships, whether you’re single or in a relationship already, check them out!

I left the Pleasure Course feeling completely dishonored and disgusted.
Bottom line, Erwan and Alicia are simply NOT qualified to be taking people through such intense, explicit curriculum or ANY curriculum for that matter. The way they relate to their participants with total disregard for past trauma and sexual abuse could easily be responsible for a number of lawsuits as well as the potential for extreme re-​traumatization.
*If you have experienced rape, incest, sexual abuse etc, DO NOT ATTEND THIS COURSE. I work with survivors and Erwan and Alicia are in WAY over their heads. Their ignorance is dangerous.
To begin with, their narcissism was dripping all over the couch they sat on and drenching the participants. Erwan made several comments throughout the workshop to various women, implying they could eventually earn the honor of coming home to bed with him and Alicia (myself included). Erwan, stop assuming women want to sleep with you. Yuck. This was just one example of what felt more and more like a sleazy, entitled God Complex.
Erwan is like the Jim Jones of sexual «expression» and Kool-​Aid is being served by the gallon. However, there is no actual invitation for AUTHENTIC expression, only robotic regurgitation of his MANIPULATIVE, EGOIC «teachings».
Every question or concern voiced from the participants was met with opposition and was turned around on the participant, accusing them of being triggered or operating from something in their past or an inability let go and trust in the process. We were accused of being defiant and made to feel wrong about our concerns. Anything vulnerable that was shared was at risk of being used against us and potentially be asked to leave.
THIS WAS NOT A SAFE SPACE.
There was always an «option» not to participate in various exercises. BUT, that «option» was always followed with an accusation of those who didn’t participate were the boring people at the party. They literally said over and over «No one wants to be the boring person at the party». Well GUESS WHAT? No one wants to participate in things that feel violating either! And then shamed when they speak their truth and take care of themselves.
I repeat THIS WAS NOT A SAFE SPACE.
Furthermore, Alicia was VERY vocal about who she liked the most and would ask people to move so someone else could be near her. Having people in extremely vulnerable positions then asking them to move in order for so-​and-​so be in front of her was inexcusable and a perfect example of her/​their inability to understand the impact they have on people.
I had several conversations with Alicia and Erwan during and after the workshop about my concerns and experiences. Once again, they turned everything around and made it about me, my triggers, my fault etc. etc. They made zero effort to resolve any concern.
This was THE MOST unprofessional and unbelievably ego-​driven course I’ve ever taken. And I have taken multiple courses in many areas over the years. Given that Erwan and Alicia are Landmark Education Graduates, I expected at the very minimum, a base line of integrity and ability to honor their participants experiences. Nope. Nada. Nothing.
This course should be called The «Watch Erwan and Alicia pleasure themselves with their self-​importance» Course.

To begin with I would say knowing what you really, truly desire in your love life is the best place to start. What are your goals? I know what mine are. Mine are to have that epic, soul mate relationship with someone who is my best friend and great lover at the same time. And, to be eternally devoted to our relationship reaching new heights in romance and sex forever more.
Sound too good to be true to ever happen? Well, it most certainly has happened to me. I am in the relationship of my dreams, going on strong three years now and I have never been in a relationship before this, never even came close to one. And I must give credit where credit is due! Erwan and Alicia Davon are huge advocates of this success happening in my love life. I have taken the Pleasure Course and my boyfriend and I are involved in their continuing education courses still to this day. We will always be a part of the very loving and supportive community that they have helped build and it is the key to my success in my AMAZING relationship. As recent as this month of June I have seen two different friends of mine that are also participants in the courses have MIND BLOWING, fairy tale weddings of their dreams to their great loves and it reminds me of the huge success rate that this course holds.
I invite you to open up your world and let the happiness flow in. Create the love life you want with the Pleasure Course! It’s that simple! I look back now to my life before the Pleasure Course and I’m not exaggerating when I say that I marvel on how I ever got by without it. Really, I’m serious. And it’s no wonder, they don’t teach you how to have an amazing relationship in school. No one ever taught me how to have massive extended orgasms before this! Years of rejection and disappointment would have been avoided if I had been taught what I know now!

This course was highly recommended to me and my girlfriend as a way to have a deeper, more connected relationship and it didn’t disappoint. When I was single this course would have made a Big difference with meeting and interacting with someone new, being in a committed relationship it’s even more valuable.
One key thing I learned from Erwan and Alisha is that you never stop picking someone up even in a committed relationship. You can still have those same butterflies you had when you first met even if you have been together for years. It’s funny at least for me I thought back and hadn’t really refined or thought about refining the way I had sex since my first time. Sure you may have tried something a little different here or there that you picked up in college or along the way but pretty much the same process, no wonder why sex dropped off after time. It’s like anything else if you don’t learn something new and practice it you will revert back to same old way of doing things.
The only regret I have is that we didn’t find this earlier. If learning how to have a perpetual happy relationship/​sex life is something you have been looking for get in this course, don’t waste any more time with excuses, do this for you, do this for your partner or do this for that lucky guy or girl that gets to meet you after you graduate!

Though I had heard by word of mouth that the Pleasure Course was fantastic, the enthusiasm for it was gushing beyond belief. I’m skeptical by nature, and the more people seem to be enamored with something, the more convinced I am that it’s not for me.
That was until I ended up single, without prospects, and frankly too embarrassed to seek out new dating opportunities anywhere other than online. The seed that had been planted in my mind about the Pleasure Course germinated then, and I contacted Alicia Davon to see if it might be right for me.
For someone who generally doesn’t like to talk much about dating, relationships, and sex life, I found it refreshingly easy to speak with Alicia about what I really wanted for myself. I experienced nothing but compassion and support from her end, not even a trace of judgment. With my career and hobbies in great shape already, I was excited to explore the one area of my life where I was a black hole of pessimism.
The actual course exceeded my wildest expectations. It is a safe environment to talk at a high level of sophistication about sensitive topics I rarely discuss with my closest friends, and I left armed not only with the knowledge and practices needed to turn my dating life around but also with an unexpected new access to my own spirituality. Moreover, I learned about different dimensions of sensuality and orgasm that blew my mind (even though I consider myself more than adequate in the horizontal orientation — can’t be too good at it!). And, as a bonus, I felt ten times sexier and more desirable than I have in ages! If I had taken this class while in my last relationship, it would have turned out differently.
But perhaps the single most remarkable aspect of this education is the great community of people around it. I made more friends in a weekend than I have the entire year otherwise, and they all support me in what I want inside of my romantic and sex life as a single guy. One of the women assisting with the course said to me, «I’m so proud of you. You’re going to make so many women happy! When I see you next time, I’m going to ask, ‘How many women have you made happy?’ and I want you to answer,» she said, spreading her arms wide, «‘So many!’»
If you want to turn your dating, romantic, and sex life around NOW, forget the books and forget the advice of your friends. Just put your butt in the seat and hang on.

I came into this course as a single guy, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. What I found out truly amazed me and changed everything in my world. I discovered so much about myself and how I relate to others in relationships. I learned that we need to love ourselves, and then we can truly love others.
I have opened myself up to women and have become more self-​expressed in my day to day life. This course has invaluable information and also a wonderful support structure in case you have questions or hit a wall during the coursework.
I FULLY recommend Erwan Davon Teachings no matter what stage you are at in relationships, whether you are single, dating, married, etc. What a gem to find a course like this! TAKE IT!

I took the Pleasure Course with my wife in September 2011.
We have been happily married for 8 years and we’ve been together for a total of 11 years. We have a great relationship and amazing communication but we were looking for ways to take our relationship, communication and sex life to the next level.
We had great breakthroughs in our communication, sex life, spiritual life and many other areas of our relationship through the Pleasure Course. We were so pleased that we enrolled in one of the advanced programs. We drive from Sacramento to San Francisco every week to attend the advanced program because of the amazing results and wonderful experience we have working with Erwan and Alicia Davon.
The people in this community are dedicated to expanding their lives and growing in their ability to relate and communicate with others. We love being part of this great community and have developed many wonderful friendships here.
In the six months since we did the course we have had so many breakthroughs and our relationship is on a new level that it is unrecognizable to where it was before. We now have a delicious relationship and the love life of our dreams!

Erwan and Alicia have helped me expand my understanding of myself, my relationships and what makes my girlfriend tick! The Pleasure Course was the first course of it’s type that I have ever been a part of. I had no idea what to expect, and was super nervous, another way of being that I have learned to move past since. Erwan and Alicia treated everyone with respect and love. Erwan is a master of being with people and conveying how they are being with him, and telling them the truth about it.
I would recommend this course for everyone. Not only do they teach how to build and maintain exceptional relationships, they also dive into the things that stand in your way to having those relationships. For me, that openness has spread through all areas of my life: friends, family, work relationships, etc.
