Danielles Custom Cusines is personal chef service. I, Danielle Giesbrecht have a culinary degree and have been working with the fine dining industry since 1996.
History
Established in 2014.
After graduating from culinary school in 1996, chef Danielle worked in fine dining (Campton Place, Bizou, Slow Club) and catering (Paula LeDuc, Taste) until her second child was born and she discovered the rewards and flexibility of private chefdom. She worked for several clients both short-term and long-term beginning in 2002 and never looked back. Drawing on her classical French training and background in fine dining, chef Danielle developed a repertoire of healthy, restaurant-quality cuisine for her clients to enjoy in the comfort and convenience of their homes — most of which were on a special diet or monitoring their fat and calorie intake. Chef Danielle’s cooking style starts with using the finest local, organic ingredients and creating inspired, nutritious cuisine the whole family will enjoy — from finicky toddlers and teens to foodie parents — and specifically those on a special diet including weight-loss, gluten-free, diabetes and vegan.
