I’m not sure what Mr Wheeler expects to accomplish by responding to my comment a year and a half later, but I stand by what I said.
If the lawyer you are considering hiring doesn’t return your phone call or email, be concerned.
If the lawyer gets an attitude when asked if there was an emergency or medical concern preventing an email response, don’t hire the lawyer.
If the lawyer emails you a year later with a lame dental excuse, still, do not hire the lawyer.
Counselor, I hope you close this case, and work on making your people skills as sharp as your knowledge of law.

All I can say is that Dennis is awesome! He was always available to answer my many questions… He was able to get a Chapter 7 for me, even though I thought I was only eligible for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Dennis Wheeler is the best! He’s very personable, intelligent and knows his stuff. Not only that he’s a very likeable guy. He handled my bankruptcy extremely well. What should have been a fairly easy one turned out not to be so when one of my creditors reared their ugly head and for all intents and purposes tried to extort money out of me that I didn’t have.
