We’ve had Eden as a key part of our office for a few months now — and they are fantastic.
We switched out several service providers and brought in Eden. They are, without exception, higher quality, more responsive, and less expensive than our prior solutions and their customer service attitude is just fantastic. They do a bit of tech support, office cleaning and generally are awesome. We’re an office of about 20 folks in Cow Hollow.

Eden Is absolutely amazing!
I’m an Office Manager for a small company and the Eden team has made my job 10 times easier — even enjoyable when they come around to help! Prior to Eden, I’ve used other services like Taskrabbit and RocketScience for these side jobs but have never received consistent service. Once I’ve done the switch, Eden has replaced several vendors I’ve used the past two years.

Camille, the General Manager, does our scheduling and is extremely responsive to all of our requests. She’s amazing at staying on top of everything, even the small details! Some of our other outstanding Eden friends that have helped us out many times are Helio, Hazel, Erica, Ronen, and JJ. They always make us feel comfortable in working with them! Not limited to these folks, but all Wizards that come to our office are experts at what they do which makes me confident in using Eden for any task!
Coming from a company with nit-​picky perfectionists, not one has had anything bad to say about Eden or the Wizards. I’m very impressed with the service, knowledge, efficiency, professionalism and genuine kindness Camille and all the Eden Wizards provide for us. I highly recommend using their services for small companies who need the extra support!

I love Eden! I manage office operations for a startup and Eden makes my life much easier. Camille, our account manager, is fantastic to work with and no matter how last minute my request is, I’m always covered.
They have helped me with everything from small office projects (hanging things, furniture assembly, moving furniture) to larger tasks (figuring out a way to hang swinging chairs from our tall warehouse ceilings, mounting TVs, etc.). I am the CEO of a Series A startup in San Francisco. Eden is a fantastic partner and I can whole-​heartedly recommend them. I call Eden for anything having to do with our facilities and they have always been able to provide a solution. Several times we have RFP’ed projects and Eden has won the RFP process. Their quality is great, so it’s one less thing to worry about.

Eden has been amazing. We’re a small team and having Eden to help support our office has been fantastic. They’ve been great at everything from cleaning, keeping our office well stocked, setting up desks, IT support and even getting ready for our holiday party. As a startup time is always in short supply, Eden helps immensely.

Eden is AMAZING! Our company started working with them about two months ago and it made our life so much easier. They’ve been helping us with our IT issues, including network problems, ordering new computers and help designing the IT infrastructure for a new office. Every time we needed help, Eden’s Wizards have been there within hours, so it’s good to know you have someone to rely on. We also used their cleaning and delivery services and have been very satisfied!

Our office loves Eden! Aside from our regularly scheduled services, they are always able to help at the last minute with those tasks that randomly pop up– from helping move offices to cleaning up after an impromptu office party. Eden definitely makes managing an office a breeze!

The service has been incredible so far. We’ve been having many A/​V issues at our company (Tilt) and we were going through various equipment providers and vendors. Eden was super helpful in setting up equipment suitable for our needs right now and staying throughout the various meetings and events to make sure there were no issues. The events went off without a hitch and we’ve significantly stepped up the quality of sound and video to our remote team members and people just tuning in from home.
They have also been able to help us with our public monitors/​screens which are setup through the entire office. Overall, we’ve been able to fix some of the tech issues we’ve been sweeping under the carpet or struggling with for quite a while.

We recently relocated our office to a new space and needed help getting our IT up and running. I am SO happy to have found EdenTech. They were incredibly responsive, flexible, and professional. Camille and Dan have always responded incredibly quickly to my numerous emails and requests and it is much appreciated. Moving can be a pain in the butt but I’m happy that working with EdenTech has been seamless and easy. In the last few weeks their team has come by our office a number of times to make sure that we have our IT set up exactly the way we want it. At this point, I’m really not sure what we would have done with out them!

After seeing so many positive reviews for Eden’s phone screen repairs, I decided to give it a try. I booked my appointment with over 5 hours lead time and got a confirmation that someone would meet me at 4pm today. I felt a little uneasy, waiting for someone to at least give me a call or something to know that they’d show up prepared with a new screen, but never heard anything back. I decided to relax about the whole thing given the multitude of positive testimonials on here.
I had put in the address of a local coffee shop for a meeting place since I’m uncomfortable with a stranger in my space. I went to the coffee shop early and waited. At 4:06pm, I got an email from Karla saying she’s «been trying to reach (me)» to let me know they no longer do phone repairs. I have no missed calls, no voicemails, and no emails indicating that she tried to call so I can only assume this was a lie. All I got was an email AFTER my appointment was to start saying that no one was coming. What a disappointment… and I feel like they owe me for the cappuccino I picked up to justify waiting around at the café. I won’t be trying them again.

These guys were awesome. Customer service over the phone was stellar; scheduling was fast and easy. Samuel was the guy who came to my house, and he helped clean up all my messy wiring and get my wireless running fast and furiously. He also saved the day by fixing my sonos. I need my music in the morning, more than most people need coffee! :) I will definitely call them again, if I have tech issues in the future. Thanks guys!

We contacted Eden Tech about a month ago and asked for someone to come out and take a look at our network. Devin, a tech wizard, explained everything in a way that made it understandable. He showed us the changes he was making while explaining it clearly. We needed help setting up a wireless printer, copier, scanner to a PC, Mac and iPad so we had Devin come out again yesterday. Again, excellent customer service. He followed up very quickly on our Internet slow speed issues. I have been so impressed with Eden that I referred my girlfriend, MJ to Eden to fix her HP computer (she spent hours on the phone with HP with no improvements but ended up with a smaller wallet of money). Frank from Eden came out and spent 2 – 3 hours and was able to find the problem. Saved her from buying a new computer.
We will always call Eden for our technology problems.

We are a business and they are just launching their new Eden for Business. Had crazy, difficult wireless network interference issue which they diagnosed and resolved for us. The best part was the communication at every step of the way. I will use them again.

Had a cracked iPhone screen. Originally was thinking of going to the mall to get it fixed but I knew i would end up wasting maybe 5 hours to drop off the phone, wait, then pick it up. Saw these guys ad on google and gave it a try. It was a Saturday and I was able to make an appointment within 2 hours. Mois came and replaced my screen in around 20 minutes. Only reason I deducted a star is because although mois was nice enough to include a screen protector, theres an area that wasn’t cleaned when the protector went on and it looks like a spec of dirt stuck between the glass and the protector.
Update
Talk about great customer service. The supervisor called me after seeing my Unilocal review and even sent another tech guy out to replace my screen protector. Sadly I made the mistake of telling them I had a 5s when I only had the 5, so they didn’t bring that size of a screen protector. But they even offered to return a portion of my money if I went to buy a new screen protector. Loyal customer for life.

My daughter dropped and shattered the screen of her iPhone 5c again. Instead of dealing with deductibles and stores I found Edentech who come to me!
I was able to online chat with someone and make an appointment for Sunday afternoon.
They sent me an email with a photo of the tech.
Calvin arrived on time and fixed the screen within 20 minutes.
He was friendly and I felt very comfortable with him in our home.
I would absolutely use this service again !

I upgraded to an iPhone 6 Plus about 8 months ago, and I dropped it and shattered the screen a second time day before yesterday. This time Apple Stores in SF couldn’t get me in before tomorrow night. I got lucky today though when I wandered in to SF Center Mall third floor, and in the center spotted a kiosk, by Eden Tech. Two young me explained that they could fix my iPhone in 20 minutes, on the spot for $ 200. Apple charged me $ 125 but this was a deal I couldn’t pass up. So I talked to the guy as he fixed my phone, making it look easy, in 9 minutes. It came with a lifetime warranty.
I was so impressed!

Eden Tech is the bomb… the are so much more in a service in that they worked so many varied and different issues, that they left me in the best technological shape I have been in since 2009! A printer that prints, speakers on a TV and music via those speakers from my iPhone, help with password issues, texting problems, equipment recommendations, what was required for MY personal system — very personalized service. I got a great first time deal as well, and the service was so good, and its a write off for me, so I won’t have a hesitation to use them again so that I can stay current.
I realized by calling them that I DO need the help, there is A TON to know, and that I can’t expect to know it all, let alone any of it. And frankly, I don’t want to, but I have Eden to rely on for that. I LOVE the results of tech, just not the set up, the instructions, the ‘oops we need this cable to make it work’ piece etc. Eden helps eliminate or at least minimize it.
I think too that their hiring process is very selective and it shows in who they send into your home or business. They really run potential hires through the gamut from a back ground check to verifying that they know what to do and how to do it.
I can’t believe I left with ONE remote control too for my television?! Now THAT my friends is PURE MAGIC. Very very happy with this service and next time I need this, I won’t stress, I am just going to call and get someone out here to be here LIVE! Just awesome…

I had a great experience with Eden Tech Services! They have amazing customer service and they made the process very painless for me. Jason, the technician they sent, arrived on time and did a fantastic job. My laptop crashed and decided not to turn on anymore. I was starting to feel very anxious as I had pictures and documents on there that I did not want to lose. Jason was very patient and did everything he could. Unfortunately, we were unable to get my computer back on due to a malfunction on my hard drive, out of anyone’s control, but Jason was able to confirm my hard drive was ok and would work again. He not only gave me great instructions in person, but he followed up with a voicemail making sure I knew what I needed/​checking to see if everything was working okay. I did as I was told and I was able to obtain my pictures and documents just like he said!
I highly recommend giving these guys a try. So convenient and well worth the $. I can’t thank them enough for the positive experience. I will definitely be calling them again!

I’ve broken my iPhone screen multiple times and I assure you Eden is the tops for a quick fix (and in home tech help in general). It’s super easy to set up an appointment with these guys and they can be on-​site within an hour. The entire process working with Eden was seamless and they are very nice guys as well. I’ll definitely be using them again in a couple months for a Nest thermostat and August locks installation at my new apartment!
