Worst customer service ever. Impossible to call and get a real human to talk to you, and they don’t return calls. Lazy repair techs as well, would not even trouble shoot the issue my computer was having. Also, worst possible location as far as convenience and parking go. ALL BAD. Go somewhere else.

Scheduled appointment for today, to fix the TV thru Costco. Got a call from Avideo Electronic saying they could not come today. The earliest appointment available is two weeks later. He was rude and impolite. I will not recommend them.
