I thought that the prices here were a bit overpriced. I also was kind of uncomfortable here because there were some sketchy people hanging out just outside. I’m not fully aware of the San Francisco area but I thought this was a robbery waiting to happen.
The employee also didn’t seem friendly at all.

The beer prices are ridiculous here. When you’re $ 2 over what Whole Foods charges for a 6-​pack, ya… Something weird’s going on there.
The Upper Terrace Market just up the hill is a lot more reasonable.

This is the second time I’ve stopped in here. They have a pretty good selection for such a small store, and the prices are fair for a corner store. Yes, the people who work here are friendly once they get to the register, but both times I’ve stopped by they were busy stocking and I actually had to ask them if they could come and ring me up

I love beer, and it’s right across the street. Nick is always super friendly and started stocking my favorite beverage when I asked for it. I won’t say what because it’s always in stock, now, when I want it.

I stopped by here today to splurge and grab a quick bite. I was surprised at how clean the store was and how friendly the guy working there was to me.
I needed directions and he helped me out. I even saw a sign in the window for Laundry Locker. If I didn’t already have it in my building, I would probably come here for it. I will come back to grab a bite, next time I’m in this hood!

What a great place, and what caring people!
Not only is it a clean, well-​kept corner store, but also the folks who work here do deliveries for, and check on, my friend Dorothy, who is ninety-​mumble and lives just down the street from them. They do this just because they are kind. Everyone should have a corner store that’s so «neighborhoody» on their corner.

They also are a Laundry Locker drop-​off/​pick-​up location now. It is so convenient!

This is a good corner store. They carry Metromint, which I love. They also have an amazing selection of energy drinks in all sizes. Lately they have had mini size grape Swishers which I really like. All the staff here is nice. They have ice cream, chips, beer, frozen pizza, etc. Get your snack on.

I love this place. The people who work there are really nice. They never look down at you if you’re having a moment of weakness and buy 6 pints of Haagen-​Dasz. Not that I’ve ever done that…
I also love that it’s clean and they are courteous.
Unlike other small markets in the city, they actually take their eyes off the TV when you walk in and say hello to you. Taking the time to have a conversation with you. So nice.

Love it. The owner is so nice & has a list on the door for customers to add things they want to buy. I only have to walk two blocks for yummy paneer & Texas beer! (hey, that rhymes!)
