Regarding real properties and mortgages, Suzanne assists clients to retain and/or eliminate personal and rental properties. If clients want to retain a property, she assists them with loan modification applications, the settlement of underwater second mortgages, and other foreclosure prevention options. If clients wants to eliminate an underwater property, she assists them with short sales, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and the settlement of recourse mortgage deficiencies.
Suzanne strives to find solutions that minimize and/or eliminate her clients’ personal liability for outstanding debt and tax liability for cancelled debt.

Business Owner
Suzanne Eisenhut received a BA from Stanford University, a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and an MA from San Francisco State University.
Before opening her law practice in 1988, Suzanne was an associate attorney at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in San Francisco and Holtzman, Wise & Shepard in Palo Alto. Over the course of her career, Suzanne has practiced corporate, business, and family law.
Suzanne has taken over 270 hours of mediation, negotiation, and coaching training and has extensive experience negotiating with banks and other creditors.
Suzanne is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Francisco Bar Association. Since 1994, she has had the highest legal «AV Peer Rating» from Martindale Hubbell.
